LOL I got this guy’s belt squats beat by longshot son! I love seeing dudes with awesome bodies like this it makes me feel awesome. ..my body doesn’t look “that” awesome…but I’m awesome definitely after watching this. 🤣 dude sounds like Joe Biden talkin-bout partials! Thanks, Dr. Mike! Keeping me on the straight and narrow 💯💪🏼 My shoulders have gotten really strong I can do a whole lot more now, especially inclines for upper chest but I’ve cut out weighted dips, maybe as my shoulders get stronger, today I went hard as hell on some no handed belt squats.

I remember watching a video where Mike O’Hearn, Jay Cutler, and Larry Wheels were training together, and it was hilarious because Mike O’Hearn spent the entire session giving them both advice, as if he was the most accomplished one out of the three. At a certain point, you sort of have to admire that degree of narcissism and complete lack of self-awareness. Jay and Larry would momentarily look at one another as if to say, “is this guy for real?” 😂

Hey Mike! I watched some Renaissance Periodization videos and was quite well drawn in by your explanations. Simple, yet effective, ROM, SFR, and at times giving reference to starting at your max routine, and building your way down close to failure. Not only all of these, but also posture, form, and effectiveness in usage of equipment. Only although, I was thinking of having you react/check out the effectiveness of the "Calisthenicmovement" youtube channel in it's routines and advice. Since I realize that there can be more optimizations in the presented workouts, but would love to hear your take, and if you'd recommend following their advice I'm not necessarily someone who wants to consider using barbells, equipment, esc given my situation. But more want to get along the lines of the Callisthenic side of things, since I'd like to build the muscle, but not build it too far to limit range of motion/limiting agility. I want to be strong, yet agile with all the important muscle groups: Pecks, back, arms, (possibly) forearms, abs, and legs to list off from their playlist. It's a playlist that goes in depth into the layers of tiers for each category and how well they would do for the targeted areas And as we all know, as important as it is to workout, they even have videos going in depth for stretches, to help incorporate/stimulus post/pre workout healing and prevention of injury. If you'd like to look into those as well, it's totally your choice! But it would be awesome if you guys checked the channel out for a video idea Here yah go brother!: Playlist for targeted workouts kzread.info/dash/bejne/n2isp8GjlraqqbQ.html Link to the channel since there was no stretching playlist after a quick glance www.youtube.com/@calimove/videos
