@@nicakill00If Cheslin was standing with both his feet over the, and with only his heels touching the goal line, he’s still in-goal. Same applies to touch and dead ball lines. And you, a self proclaimed student of the rules, should know that

GG for your win SA. France missed their chances to win that game. But you really have to be kidding me here... The rule is clear. You can not overstep the line when charging a goal kick and Kolbe's foot is on the line. So disappointed that even himself really thinks he got it legit. Anyway looking forward to see the documentary.

Rule is that you can begin to attempt a charge down when the kick begins his motion towardds the kick...Ramos's motion to kick is to kick his left foot back and then walk forward and kick. Kolbe charged as soon as Ramos lifted his back foot. Where some people may be confused is that Ramos doesn't walk forward immediately and ppl think that you can only charge when the kicker walks forward, but thats not the case. The start of the motion is all thats needed and thats when kolbe charged. Been reviewed independently and confirmed...sorry dude - sometimes your teams just lose😂

TMO or ref should have seen this but did not. A mistake, it happens (like the hand on the floor for the last penalty kick btw). That's sports sometimes is for you the other day for the other team. However do not say it is legit because it is not. Cheers
