I don't like the term Karen I think it's prejudice. I've met black women who have the same attitude instead they move their head from side to side, have that stupid twang in their voice just says I have an attitude and think I'm better than everyone and will loudly talk in public about someone five feet away from them, insulting them instead and annoying everyone else. If I were to say they were Shaniquas I would be called racist but the term Karen which targets middle aged white women with an attitude is okay?

As for being on the phone driving, that one particularly irks me-back in 2011 (I was 21) I was working in EMS when someone was texting and driving when they crashed into the ambulance I was driving…13 years and 3 spine surgeries later I’m doing as good as can be expected now, but…my entire life got fucked up from someone texting and driving. Regardless of how many other people do it, it’s still dangerous and reckless. Please…just wait til you stop driving, or at the VERY least restrict it to when you’re at a red light.

My mom told me something. Treat a cop like a dangerous wild animal. If approached by a cop for any reason even if you did nothing wrong, make no sudden movements, keep your body language relaxed with your hands at your sides, your voice level and calm. Stay polite, even if the cop is being an a-hole. Dont yell or be aggressive or rude. Its not worth getting arrested or shot over.

The first video, that officer having over 100 citations for the same infraction is a red flag to me. He doesn't seem like a good cop. To me he seems pretty predatory

Yikes. The clip of the guy in the truck is from Grande Prairie, Alberta Canada. That whole incident he caused was because of a simple traffic stop. I can't see it personally in the video, but according to the RCMP, he hit an officer with his truck before driving away. Obviously you have to take what they say with a grain of salt, but still. He was charged with Assault, Possession of a weapon for a purpose dangerous to the public, and two counts of stunting. As someone who lives in Alberta, I feel embarrassed for our province every time I watch that clip. Great video Larry!

The Karen in the plane should have driven to her destination if she didnt want to use a mask. Here in Sweden we had very little to no restrictions during the pandemic. Everything were just recomendations not rules. But still most people followed those recomendations because they trust the medical professionals.

If I remember the first case with the texting driver correctly; she actually left complaining, started texting at the wheel a few blocks later, got called on by another driver, and tried using her kid's "hunger" (who's not diabetic) as an excuse for fleeing him after he pulls her over the second time. Take driving as seriously as shooting a gun. Don't drive distracted/inebriated.

35 years ago I got arrested. Started with, dont you have anything better to do and You didnt meet your quota today. I saw the cop answering me in kind. So yeah, I calmed down and complied. The cop was much easier to deal with. It could have been worse! But I still got arrested. I think he got that I was young and dumb then.

Hey Brother love the content I was homeless for 10 years strung out and I was traveling on a Is Is freight train in El paso tx we were walking up the street and federal police stop us and asked me for my ID then he proceeded to ask me if I had any weapons then they would ask me if I had stuff I always had a pocket knife I told him I have it tgey retrieved it then asked me if had hand grenades or a basoka they he laughed and asked if I had a tank in my back pack they would run my ID just checking to see if I was wanted well I was just traveling before 9/11 then they would tell me to be safe give my knife back and my ID I would let them do there job so I could carry on with my life facts

Last week i was riding in my dad's car i seen this cop he had his window rolled down he was texting while driving i thought if that was me he would pull me over and right me a ticket

See, I’m 14 and I’ve had my fair share of female and male Karen’s. You know I don’t have any hate to them until it’s continuous and eventually turns into harassment, the most recent encounter I’ve had is with my neighbor who thinks he owns the county ditch because he mows it which not that long ago we went to court for.

In the 2nd to last video the guy cranked the wheel and side swiped the cop. If you watch the full version you can hear a bump from the car hitting the leo's duty belt as the guy zips off. Also they are sovereign citizens. You should look up some of the body cam footage of cops having to deal with them. It gets hilarious sometimes.

What are your thoughts on the protestors who camp out on property? And what about homelessness who squat on park land? I’m asking to get a different point of view. I don’t think they should be allowed to camp in parks as it’s common use and I think it is equal to squatting.

4:00 my friend got pulled over because he was scratching his nails at the lights but the cop thought he was texting. He just denied it and the cop ended up letting him go. They had under cover officers dressed up as window washers, just so they could spot people texting while at the lights.

Hey Larry. Do you remember Joseph Castro? He did time in the feds decades ago, and knows you. He's now doing his State bid in NY, and just got hit at the Parole Board for the 14th time in a row. He called me this morning to tell me the sad news. Anyways, I asked him if he knew who you are, and he said, "Larry... Larry Lawton... The Jewel thief?" I was like, YES! And he totally knew you. So I told him about your KZread channel, and how much I enjoy it after doing my little 10 Year bid in Maxes (I put my abusive father in his grave with a metal bat when I was 19, after he was attacking my mom again). I came home half a year ago, and wow did I relate to your experience on the bus ride home when you couldn't order Subway and cried and shook in the back of the bus. I still get that experience when I go in big stores and around too many people. I'm on the spectrum, and been through a lot of abuse, including s.a., so I deal with PTSD. Also beat Stage 3 Heart Cancer while in was in prison, and have a lot of healtg issues from having to "recover" from that in prison, with the awful food and medical care. You are an inpsiration to all of us who have been through the system. Thank you for what you do!

There's people who commit actual crimes, like robbing valuable stuff. That, I can understand. Don't agree with it, shouldn't do it, etc. but I understand it. There's a plan and a purpose and personal benefits, stuff like that. This Karen stuff though, just wtf are these people even doing? They could avoid jail by just not being monster raging a-holes. And there's no plan or goal or anything, it's just weird, why? What do they think they're going to get out of it? Don't understand it at all, makes no sense.

I do think people should obey the law with phones and driving. I remember when I was 22 I witnessed a car accident where this 10 year old buy died. After I met his mom and the grief she had showed me how quickly life can end and the emotional upset this causes. So important to be careful, sending a text isnt worth someone life

For driver 1: Yes, the cop did see what you were doing. Yes it's on camera. Yes he CAN order you to remain in the vehicle or to get out of the vehicle. (Case law: Pennsylvania v. Mimms) And, a police officer has a provision in the vehicle code in most states that allows them to drive while using their computers and to exceed the posted limit by some defined amount without running code. A police officer on duty is not the same as "normal" citizens. (and, of course, when off duty they are the same) Edit to add: wearing masks was well proven to reduce the chances of spreading an infectious disease spread by droplets or via airborne transmission. That's why employees at a hospital wear masks. It's a protective measure to prevent the spread of illnesses, and it's not a controversial thing... At least until tump turned it political.
