They do, and it's exactly why youtube and things like it are superior to over-produced TV shows and movies. Everyone says "make a TV show!" but these real conversations are better and don't have corporate people injecting their ideas. These vids are raw but well done

I woke up to my door being banged on like it was getting broke into. I lived in a problem neighborhood so I quick answered with a knife in my hand. As soon as opened the door guns were drawn on me ! Drop it they yelled . I never dropped anything so fast. The city police the state police and 2 different local police were at my door. Come to find out my room mate murdered the nieboor! What a way to start a morning.

Larry, you were in Prison as a convict and yet you had a positive impact on other people lives. I bet it is great to look back on all of this. Being on the wrong side of the law doesn't always make you a bad person, you proved that to me.

This is what I've wanted to say for a while but wasn't sure how to. Larry definitely removes some of the stigma surrounding ex convicts, they can still be very good people. Good people do bad things sometimes.

I think him going to prison was what saved these kids.. him subjecting them to drugs and crime wasn't doing them any favors, and luckily he got out of their lives when he did. Now he can try to play role model, but not before he was caught. He also seems really proud of his past exploits.. more than he seems ashamed.

You remind me of a friend I made in jail. I was withdrawing from heroin (two years sober now) the guy made the experience a little bit less miserable. One person who treats you with kindness makes all the difference. ✌️ Keep up the great work Larry

Yep. I had a similar experience. Its crazy how just one person who you can hang with will change your experience in jail. I also was detoxing in jail and I truly know the pains of that. Not only is it terrible because you detoxing but now you're being forced to do it with hundreds of people around while you're shiting and puking while everyone hates you because its nasty. That sucks. One friend can change everything and make the time go by fast. Or as fast as it possibly could.

It was cool to have the homies on. They way they remembered the good in the bad and gushed about Larry just shows you that all 3 are good people.

I just stopped my life to watch lol.

You inspire me a lot Larry. I was recently releases for being set up for having firearms in my household and was in paper so I shouldn’t of had them. But being reintroduced to society during the pandemic was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. I use to make great money I had a hvac side business etc. I had to restart my entire life and it’s good to hear that yourself and others are able to do it after being institutionalized. I try to help people as much as I can myself to help myself be a better successful person today. Thanks for making videos.

Great video Larry, I have watched ALL of your videos in the past 2 weeks just because I watched your Vlad TV interview. I could listen to your stories for hours straight. I am glad you are living a happy life now and that you turned your suffering into a positive influence on others. God bless you my friend!

I have two brothers that were arrested a couple times, and did some hard time. I wasn't straight edge by any means, just never got caught. Hearing these stories help me understand my brothers better, because they don't talk a lot about the time they did.

What I find funny is your cell phone has more power than that computer system. Technology is amazing.

No, what he was saying was, He was MORE on the lookout for people trying to break in his house to kidnap him or rob him, then looking out for the police... in terms of someone trying to break in, he wasn’t worried because he had guns all over the place so if someone tried to kidnap him he would blast them.....BUT, because of the sketchy last jewelry robbery that went horribly wrong, Larry had a really weird feeling that the police could be on to him, so because of that reason specifically he needed to get rid of all the guns in his house

Hey Larry, I'm a relatively new viewer and wanted to tell you how interesting and informative your channel is. I've always been a pretty sharp guy (scored a 30 on my ACT), and years ago in my 20's I briefly considered pulling a heist. I never went through with it, but when I started watching your videos a couple months ago, I realized I did everything involving casing the store that you did. I thought of every angle and was impressed with my 26 year old mind, 14 years later of course. I think maybe you found your calling after a bumpy road. Although I never operated on the level that Larry did, I did my share of dirt into 20’s, living the fast life in Hollywood. I can relate with sneaking up on plumber vans at night, looking inside, and discovering cops with headphones on! That shits real life! I got busted, did my time, and got my life together. Yes getting arrested was a relief in a way. Big props to Larry, I think you’re getting the correct message out to people, I enjoy your stories, and I bet you would’ve been an epic Peckerwood to do time with!

Very crazy Larry how this story is so, so similar to what happened to me/my house this past year (2021, I’m currently out on bail awaiting trial) - the fundamentals of things like this really don’t change much in many years!

Hey Larry, have you thought adapting your book into a documentary? This day alone would do such a good episode!

Growing up one of my neighbors was a wise guy. We all knew it. He was bludgeoned to death with a golf club by another mobster. When the whole neighborhood knows what you’re up to, a happy ending is usually not the end result.

Larry! New viewer here I love listening to these stories while I’m working. If you ever spoke to or stayed in touch w your prosecutor or agent who put you in, maybe it would be cool to have them on or even talk about in as much detail as you can about how you felt towards those particular people. I know for example Jordan Belfort stayed in touch with the agent who investigated him and had him on the podcast! Strongly recommend that as well. Changed his life, as this event changed yours for the better

Gee, it’s strange that Larry didn’t know the details of an arrest that went down somewhere in the country with a bunch of cops swarming some random dude. Usually all former criminals are advised of every police operation everywhere in the country and of course, since they were once criminals, they know every criminal in the country…they’re all members of the secret criminal club, of course. So he totally should have known exactly who it was you saw getting arrested somewhere. Really strange he didn’t know exactly who you were talking about….wait a minute…he probably did know but just claimed to not have intimate knowledge of every single arrest conducted literally everywhere on any given day. Of course he knows. He just was keeping you in the dark because they’re watching you too. You’re probably next on the list so he didn’t want you to get all stressed out and have your last days of freedom before you’re arrested to be spent all nervous and scared about your pending take down.

Knew he was connected but I didn’t know Larry had that much juice. knew about in the rackets but he was made man! he’s so humble! I really respect him for his honesty and integrity. Solid dude. Old school best school!
