Evolution of Soviet Armor From BT Series to T 34 Medium Tank

For the Red Army authorities, it was becoming increasingly evident that the BT series of "fast tanks" was not the ideal long-term solution for Soviet armored forces. These tanks were lightly armored and armed, yet were expected to engage enemy armor from a distance. Their capabilities fell short, particularly on the evolving battlefields of the late 1930s. Despite their innovative track design allowing them to run on bare wheels, a feature appreciated by Soviet officials for its versatility, they lacked the necessary qualities to fulfill their role effectively.

hi, if you don`t mind me saying, generally script is good, the footage though - there is extensive video/photo footage available starting from Spain, then Khalkhin Gol tank use of t-26 ans BTs which put alot into T-34 development, and from 22 June 41 - lots and lots of of Soviet and German both fottage of all sorts, including quite limited series like t-34 with 57mm gun etc etc, story as Koshkin paid with his life for that test run etc - it would improve your videos, imho, cheers
