I agree. I also find it stunning how people can look on as others starve. It's bad enough that this happens all year but what shocks me is the lack of caring here at Christmas time. Unfortunately the ones starving is my wife and I. The only hope we have is my social security comes the 2nd Wednesday of every month and it's only $400. After what bill I can pay we are left $0.00 So we starve the rest of the month

Her ability to maintain her composure under pressure was a true testament to her character and dedication to her work. It was clear that she was committed to achieving success and would not let anything or anyone stand in her way. Janice's perseverance and resilience were truly admirable, and it was no surprise that she was able to close deals and exceed her sales targets with ease. Been there, but I am a male who was chastised by several within my school, and my workplace. Sadly, when people tried to pick me apart, I was picking them apart without one of them noticing. When it was revealed several years later I had a 7 figure account, they all looked with their jaws dropping to the floor. Not one of them was close. I still wonder who the person was who proudly passed my information around to my pier's! And how did they get the information. I have brothers and sisters who didn't know this information. I didn't waste any time walking away when the ones who chastised me, and were brave enough to come right to my face and asked if they could borrow money. Interestingly, I did help several who had children, and were single. The ones with brand new nice vehicles, the ones who children who wore NIKE Shoes, the ones who wore Calvin Klein Jeans, and the ones who wore designer shirts, I just didn't have any Empathy for them. The ones who really were struggling are they ones who drove their wore out VW's, they ones who had dirty shoes with holes in them, and the same for their pants, sadly these were the ones who kept their accounts current in my businesses. These are the ones I help without them even asking. I did pass the word around I would never knowingly let a child go hungry. I also told them not to be embarrassed, just don't forget me while traveling your journey through life. And after 20 years, these people are the ones who still stop me on the streets and still thank me for everything I helped them with. It almost makes me cry. You wouldn't believe me how many male and female's want to tell me their successful life stories because of what I did for them. Heck, I am learning from these people now! This is a 100% true story.

This was Excellent. I was in sales and had a very cruel, manipulative and arrogant boss who I witnessed treating people in the office horribly, yelling, and belittling people, if they made, even small mistakes. She found that standing up during the conversation helped to establish a sense of equality and respect, rather than allowing the parent to feel like they held all the power. It also set a professional tone for the meeting and showed that she was confident in her role as a principal. She said that maintaining this sense of authority was crucial in addressing behavioral issues with students and ensuring that parents understood the importance of respecting school rules and policies. By taking a proactive approach and being firm, yet fair, in her interactions with parents, she was able to effectively address and resolve these issues before they escalated further.

Sweet ending and all, but Mr. Hardy still needs to get fired because someone as cruel, egotistical, and misogynistic as that has no place teaching a class. Plus, I don't buy his sudden turnabout because A. Janice didn't need to pass the class in order to get that sexist jackass to treat her with basic respect and B. someone like Mr. Hardy would be more likely to refuse to believe Janice actually passed without cheating and try to have her certificate revoked.

Men and Women have suffered at the cruelty of bullying bosses, especially in the workforce.

Additionally, his behavior towards the other students, particularly the female ones, was far from appropriate and should not be tolerated in any educational setting. It's important for schools to create a safe and respectful environment for all students, and Mr. Hardy's actions are completely contradictory to that goal. It's time for the school administration to take action and ensure that Mr. Hardy can no longer inflict his toxic and harmful behavior on students. Janice may have received her certificate, but Mr. Hardy's behavior cannot go unpunished. It's time for him to be held accountable for his actions and let go from his teaching position. Students deserve better than a teacher who belittles and demeans them.

It is unfortunate that you faced discrimination in the workplace based on your gender. It is important to stand up for yourself and advocate for equal treatment and opportunities. It is also crucial to report any instances of discrimination to HR or higher authorities in the company. It is unacceptable for anyone to be paid less based on their gender, and companies have a legal obligation to ensure equal pay for equal work. I hope you were able to resolve the situation and find a new job where you are valued and respected for your skills and contributions.

I had a professor disrespect me in the same mannerism because I at that age had many tasks going I made a comment about how hard it was to juggle it all and she said then maybe you don't belong here, I got 44 credits and I got five certificates but I never got the initial chef title that I was looking for but I was in the career field for 45 years and still dabble in it part-time my point don't listen to fools and never give up they're just jealous
