It looks like Annabelle should have not interfere with another ex wife son and boy peter is proud of his son standing up against Annabelle. Probably the following day Peter kicked Annabelle out of his house and got divorced.

Exactly. Nobody should suppress their emotions. It's not healthy. They need to relieve themselves by letting it all out of their system. Yes, it's okay to cry. Even strong men cry sometimes. They have to let something out.

Peter made a huge mistake leaving his original loving wife Lana to be with a jealous, selfish, controlling and uncaring monster like Annabelle. He should have tried harder to stand up to her but acted like a jellyfish. Poor Ricky was caught in the middle. Annabelle had no right to call herself his mother because she doesn't even act like a mother. Lana may not be wealthy but she is always loving and supportive towards Ricky and that's what a real mother is.

I can definitely relate to this… I have been a stepfather of six children (later adopting two and have since passed away).

If I ever ended up being a stepmom, I would not force my step kids to make a choice to call me mom unless they are ready. ALso I will not force them to do stuff they don't like. I would be there like a second mother and someone else they can look up to. If I ever do meet their real mom, I'll let them see her and be friends with her..... hopefully

Except Annabelle and her family come from old money so she’d probably hire a good lawyer to win custody of Ricky and get revenge

I want to see part 2 to this storyline...

I would love to see a part two to this. I mean this seems like a storyline that can go for a little while and I actually understand this story because something similar like this happened with me except I was too young to decide who would get custody of me. As much as my mom and I fight I'm glad she ended up with me.

The actor and actresses are just spot on. To play the type of character successfully, you need to understand the type of person the character is portraying and once you're into the character and have a grip on the motivation along with the portrayal of your character along with the behaviors and how you're going to play it, all these components, they come together and align!

Such evil people do exist in this world

I can relate to Ricky in this story. When I was a kid I wanted to be in theatre and my mom signed me up for theatre classes on the weeks that I was with her, but my dad canceled them and signed me up for taekwondo instead, saying that theatre is for girls

I'm glad the kid stood his ground and not let stepmom get in his way of trying out for the play.

There's no way would I fall for a women like Annabelle! I don't care how much money her and her family have! We wouldn't even make past the friendship phase, yet alone fall in love! Now Lana (the boy Ricky's biological mom), she would definitely be my kind of woman to be my wife!

Good videos. Which goes to show that no stepparents can replace the love of biological parents. Some stepparents just need to know and remember their place. They are step so they don’t need to calling someone else mom or dad unless the biological parent isn’t around anymore and has been or raising the child then I can see it’s being alright to refer to them as mom and dad
