If I was a manager of a business , I would hire that Asian lady to work for me, especially if it's a company that involves a number of different kinds of job and not just cleaning jobs only. I'll let her choose the kind of job she want and hire her, it doesn't have to be cleaning unless that's what she want.
I worked 22 years in a prison where I was one of less than 20 white people and racism was so bad in there that I have been retired for 4 years and I have PTSD because of my coworkers, I have nightmares that my coworkers are trying to kill me! It is so sad that I had better relationships with the inmates, a lot of them got mad when they witnessed the racism against me.

When I worked as a clerk in offices, there were co-worker and supervisor jerks just about as disgusting.
