I met morris a few times at my local gym he was here in my town working on a TV show, he is the nicest coolest guy ever!! Every time we would see each other he would remember my name and always talk to me. I never asked for a picture or autograph we just talked like regular people about work and life, so grateful to meet him he deserves all the success!

Met this dude @ the airport on the way to Atlanta. Morris looks fitter and younger in person, he also was eating the same foods he talked in the vid- very humble and grateful individual.

I luv how human he is about it.. Admitting his downfalls, going back to get another double cheeseburger etc...as clean as I eat (90% fruit) I've done the same thing he mentioned many times over. Respect

Morris is me!! When I’m dieting, and even when I’m not, I like to eat the same meal over and over. It helps me stay regimented and keeps me from spending too much time thinking about the next meal.

I’ve been working out since I was about 25 and now I’m 59 and people think I’m in my 40’s. My daughter who is 34 years old is always tell me her friends are always saying to her that I’m fine. I find it funny and flattering but it is about the gym and your diet.
