I've been working in a fitness center for years. The trainers are very well educated (certified/degreed, etc.) & experienced. The issue I have w/trainers is most of them have an athletic background w/a competitive nature. Totally opposite of what a seasoned couch potato like me needs. I need a nudge, not a push. I need encouragement, not discouragement, I know my body & limitations & have to pace myself. Consistency & discipline.👌🏽

A great thing to add to your diet is either a can of kidney beans red or white, butter beans, green peas, gungo peas, rosecoco beans or even sweet corn, these things are filling with good fibre and protien content. Just eat any one of these cans everyday or at least for most of the week, also a couple of bananas. So basically beans and bananas will fill you up real good and drink water

He’s basically on keto eating like this is best for longevity in my opinion keeps insulin spikes down which is very important seeing as its low carbs high health fats protein you should be getting Vital nutrients A,D,E,K,C All B vitamins B1,B12,B6,B2,B5,B3,B9 Minerals,Trace Minerals then if your still lacking just get a good multivitamin or eat more of the right veggies plus you can build and maintain lean muscle and obviously stay lean due to the low carb intake plenty of water of course and if you want to detox even more tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in water here and there💪🏾

I really like the mixture of his advice it's what you want hear, and what you need to hear like those "substitute for water" that's what you want to hear and the "don't starve yourself" that's what you need to hear.. don't starve there are ver low calorie food which are so filling to the stomach..

Not bad, but for me, I'd avoid white carbs. (And wheat: wheat is a me thing.) But, eat the rainbow: sweet potato, not white potato; brown and wild rice, not white. Whole grain bread. But I could have a meal with Mr. Foxx. 👍👍👍

people don't get this videos - the fact is: you are having an oportunity to kinda talk with a star, someone who lifes of how good he looks, a famous dude who had talk with a lot of profesionals before, so even when this talk or video, is short, you can get a lot of perspective... of course, a diet or routine has to be different for every single person because we all kinda different

Yeah be healthy and eat clean but don’t deny yourself the pleasure. It’s ok to eat a bit of junk food every now and again, in fact studies have shown it enhances your metabolism because it puts it under duress.

Yeah bacon is processed meat, can't have that. Orange juice is loaded with sugar, drinking it that early in the morning spikes your insulin hence retaining carbs. Sugar high then a crash later on

Wouldn't recommend LaCroix, has a lot of flavoring in it that can cause digestive issues and provoke your taste buds to crave more sweet things.
