I totally understand what you're going through, I dislocated my shoulder 4 months ago and am still waiting to play again. It's tough but you'll get through it

Seems like the most common problem players have (also pros) is to get the ball wide enough on the crosscourt.

I’d say the most common error among club players is not getting the ball deep enough, specifically by not hitting their backhands high enough on the front wall. Watch how high the pros hit their backhands, and compare that with club players. With cross courts the danger is going to the opponent’s forehand, where, for club players the biggest error is the choice of shot. Pro’s backhands and forehands are relatively equal in quality, but club players typically have much better forehands, so backhand cross courts should be played far less frequently than they typically are. Cross courts you want to make just out of reach of your opponent, so as narrow as possible to meet that constraint, to get it deep to the back. The problem is that that requires a wider than normal shot against Elias, because if his height. Another way to get the ball deep on cross courts is to use height, and if you watch the rallies where Rodrigues used height to het the ball deep cross court (lobs, or lob-like shots), these were very effective, so it was the shots with lace which were problematic. Why is the score always flickering?

I'm really not getting the choice to play the random high boasts from Elias. It doesn't put the opponent under pressure at all and puts him in a bad spot.

I wonder what sort of actions are taking against bad calls from the referee ruining the game
