Farag has class. Gracefull in defeat. Some of the young Egyptians could learn from him. Rodrigez deserved this match, such determination.

My thoughts exactly.
Imagine dedicating your life to the craft, working yourself to the bone, sacrificing everything, training day in and day out for years to come, only to come on court and see Rodriguez wearing a pink shirt. I swear that shirt makes him world number one every time he puts it on.

What's even wrong with the pink shirts? hahahah
Very happy to see Rodriguez win; possibly my favourite player to watch. Bittersweet if this has taken all of his energy from the next round, and when I think that he's surely in the final years of his career.
Wow, I don't think anyone was expecting the World #1 and #2 to be out of the tournament by round 3!

Farag is such a gentlemen. Wish we had a whole tour of him. Best match from Cannonball since the British Open - finish it strong!!
only Farag could be this graceful in defeat. pure class. a role model for everyone, not just squash fans worldwide

The retrieval quality in this match was top notch by both players. A great competitive spectacle 👌👌
"Biggest result of his career"??? Man beat #1 Elshorbagy to win the British Open, I think that was the biggest result of his career thank you very much 🤣

I'm an egyptian fan who loves Rodriguez. Great match and well deserved win
Unbelievable match. Both players are so classy. Wish they could both win.
Te Felicito.... Jugaste con mucha garra, sigue así !!! Eres un gran JUGADOR y lo demostraste, ojala que sigas creciendo y acumulando mas triunfos !!! SALUDOS desde México
love to watch these two, great sports and quick thinkers trying to outwit each other.
What a match! Great to see the underdog win with a fantastic fighting spirit

I came to say hi…and see theses spectacular places almost empty still…¡HOW COME!
PLEASE BRING BACK ALL THE HIGHLIGHTS TO KZread. Like if you agree.
Rodriguez was so fresh and sharp.
If Rodríguez would have developed maybe about 60% of modern top players racquet skills and technique, he would have been number one for many seasons with that athleticism and guts.
Jeez that last shot was a lucky one lol
Hope that shot at match ball goes for shot of the month. There's no luck in hitting the nick on any shot where it's the target; that applies to both the front and back of the court.
Rodriguez has the same momentum right now like the british open he won
When seeing Rodriguez play like this, I can only imagine how good he'd have been if he'd have had any kind of short game. His dropshots in general are almost as bad as Rösner's were :P

lol, just looking at what Coll was able to do after adding some attacking shots to his game should be enough incentive for other players I feel.

@@MrJoel3498 Funnily enough in late 2018 I remember Rosner himself found exceptional form in his drop shots, particularly on the backhand, and that's when he shot up to #3 in the world with wins over all the big players.
"That was a monumental rally!" from the commentators, after we've just cut to the second last shot in the rally. Interesting choice with the editing here,

Stop hating. Its quality content
Crazy number of upsets in the world of rackets lately: Coll, Farag, Nadal, Medvedev 🤯
Wooow!
Can someone explain to me that match point and how Farag lost it? I just can't tell from the video. Did it bounce 2x?
Love the highlights on this channel, but those commentators do my head in screaming too often when there’s a long point or a good shot.
Incredible match. Tenacity won.
اول عراقي🗣🇸🇾
Did Rodriguez so gratitude in Sajood?
Wait how old is Rodriguez?
"36 years old and natural hair color". HAHAHAHA
Why are there no fans present? Covid restrictions still? Disappointing…
Flat nic on match ball!
Is it only me... I am bit bit upset with a country like Qatar arranging a game like this and the seats are almost empty? If I had a game between Farag and Rodriguez within travelling distance I would go right away! OK, they have the money to arrange it, but there is a big debate about "sport washing" in all other sports?

I understand that these new titles are supposed to grab more attention from non-subscribers, but it just feels wrong and more or less spoils the results of the matches. *edit* - they’ve changed it to ‘what a match’. Much better
