Hello Sir, I've been suffering form knee problem after getting trauma in sports of football and in MRI I've diagnosed with 1. Mild increased PDFS signal of the anterior cruciate ligament with preserved alignment along the Blumensaats line --s/o strain-follow up is advised . 2. No obvious tear of the ligament is demonstrated. 3. Patchy marrow contusion/edema of lateral femoral condylar epiphyses at sub-articular location. 4. Minimal joint fluid . Though just after my traumatic injury I was feeling instability 2 times in my knee while walking downwards from a slope, after that I lost all my quad muscle with moderate knee swelling and my knee just don't feel right to go to the Pitch again, what should I do?

Respected sir i got High grade partial tear in 2013 during long jump after few months without surgery a am able to walk and run propely. But in 2021 January my leg is again stuck into the hole and i got strech again its look like injury again but now in March today i am able to walk propely but not able to run what i will do still i i dont done MRI. Sir i also got injured while playing football. Mri scans says that my acl is almost teared. But I'm able to walk with any pain.would you recommend me to do surgery or not?

@@tanmayatre1708 yes i have to do surgery. I would also recommend you to do surgery with a good doctor for a long term benefit.

Sir kisi sports person ka 2 time ligament operation hocuka hay but ferse 1/2 year ka bad partial tear acl graft Aya mri may to kya karna chiya.
