I fall in love with Ur recepi

I'm a new cook. Usually I stick to pasta since you can just buy the sauce, as well as simple stir fry and fried rice dishes. But this looked so good that I had to try it. It was challenging for me since I usually stick to minced meat and I have never used chicken thigh. But I pushed through. My husband complimented me on my cooking which is rare for him. I will be packing this for his lunch tomorrow as well. Thank you!

You have the luckiest dogs for many reasons, particular because Chinese cooking is very taste of all the spices they put in we aromatics and all those lovely spices bring that food to life and if I was a dog in your kitchen or you were cooking Id be very well behaved , and pray to God you throw me a scrap . And what a tasty scrap that would be if I was that 🐶 dog ☺️

Hi Xiuhui, you can perhaps try to increase the heat slightly. Another reason could also be due to the excess moisture in your chicken. Try to pay dry the chicken before cooking. As for the darkness of the sauce, it’s dependent on the brand of your dark soy sauce. We’re using KCT best grade dark soy sauce. Hope this helps.
