I know this review is older, but I tried Rivera for the first time in April based on this review. I have been back 3 more times, and this is now my go to restaurant in Vegas. It’s a hidden gem, with a fantastic view, and frankly, the best value for a high end restaurant. Your channel is awesome and I look forward to your restaurant reviews.

Finally someone reviewed Rivea! Loved it! Why this place doesn't get more praise is beyond me. Alain Ducasse has 21 Michelin stars for a reason! Not often I'll spend $500 on dinner for 2 and think "yeah, good value...worth it". The Somm and chef both came and talked for quite a while, even added to the experience. The tasting menu @ $140 is a deal. Everything prepared perfectly.

Thank you so much Paul! We had this place booked 2 months in advance because we were so excited to try it. Did you try the steak? We saw a couple tables get the Tomahawk and omg we wanted to go back to try it out! This place needs to be known about more for sure

@@JoshRachael Didn't have the tomahawk. Had the tasting menu which had “Rossini” Angus filet with duck foie gras and black truffle sauce as one of its 7 items. It was incredible. They were awesome...we got the tasting menu and a special they had, lobster and truffle linguine which had a half a good size lobster and more truffles than I have ever seen on one dish. Unreal. They brought us extra plates so we could split everything. Added a second dessert (a mango, passionfruit and lemon thing I can't even describe how delicious it was). We both took our last bite and both remarked "that was the perfect amount of food"...not stuffed, not hungry. I also did the wine flight pairing with the tasting menu. Somm did a great job pairing, and I got lucky because they had a reviewer in there earlier that day so he had a couple things open that I got an "upgrade" on. I know one of them was about as much per glass as the whole $90 for the 5 wine pairing...and he snuck me a 2nd glass :-) I expressed my appreciation and commented "how the hell do people not talk about this place?" "Well...we're in delano, at the end of the strip, and Alain Ducasse isn't on tv". In France he's top 3 with robuchon and guy savoy, but Americans don't really know him. Then he sent out the chef and we talked for at least 10 minutes. Pretty close to a perfect dining experience. I guess only thing that made it not perfect was no one else was picking up the tab. Lol. Oh, and the sky bar next door was closed for a private event. A minor thing, but would have been nice to have a night cap over there.

@@paulhill5295damn that sounds amazing, so nice to hear about the chef as well. Skyfall was closed for a private event when we were there as well that is why we ended up at 1923 but had been wanting to try it out as well.

Rachael isn’t a huge fan of glass walls or floors…so she chose her seat 😱 Thanks so much for sharing! We definitely believe Rivea is an underrated option!

I wish I’d known about this restaurant when we stayed at Delano last month. Going back in January and staying at Delano again, love it there, clean and quiet! Thank you for the review.

Oh shoot, good thing you are heading back! We have not stayed at Delano yet but do plan on getting there next year. Excited to try it out

Live the Delano. All suite hotel with that 2nd bathroom. But we've never been to Rivea! Huh. Heading over to check out the menu. We'll be checking into Delano in 2 weeks before heading to Green Valley Ranch, and finally, the Wynn for an 8 day stay.

So far the Eiffel Tower Restaurant for us. Been the last 2 trips and both were excellent meals. Waiting to do Top of the World. This is the first I've heard of this restaurant and am very interested in this. Did you have to request or pay extra for the window seating? Thanks for the video!

We need to try Eiffel Tower Restaurant one of these days. Shocking that this place doesn’t get more publicity it was so good and that view is amazing. We arrived early and asked specifically for a table on the patio against the rail, if you are willing to wait you can get it

Great video. I've never been but I guarantee this place is better than Top of the world. So, if you want an awesome view with dinner, I think this is a place to check out! "Briny and salty and just so good" all I got sorry lol 🤷‍♂
