A delightful evening at Rivea by Alain Ducasse
Las Vegas has some exceptional restaurants, and Rivea by Alain Ducasse is one of the best. Located on the rooftop of the Delano, it has commanding Vegas views. It is also part of the Mandalay Bay complex, and that makes it super convenient to many travelers. After walking you through the space, Bill shows you the Rivea menu. On this channel we never make you watch us eat, so he also shows you still photos of every dish from the 5 course tasting menu while talking about what he enjoyed. Along with Le Cirque and perhaps Partage, this may be the best French tasting menu in Vegas.

Both places are phenomenal, and both are expensive. Rivea winds up being about 2/3 the price for a rating menu with wine. Both have gorgeous views- Rivea of the Strip and Le Cirque of the Bellagio fountains. What I like about Le Cirque is that they have kept the same wait staff for many years. That allows them to offer particularly excellent service where they honestly remember previous diners.
