Today, we enjoyed a fantastic 11-course tasting menu at EDO Gastro Tapas & Wine. Located in an unassuming strip mall in Chinatown, EDO is considered a Top 5 restaurant in Las Vegas.
We found this gem with the help of Eater and Yelp and we weren't disappointed at all. The servers were all amazing (as seen in our episode) and they sure know how to present and perform well for their guests.
