you've built so much resilience this year, proud of you 💘

I am glad to see someone my age doing so well! My 2024 started off rocky with starting at a new college, cutting off another close friend due to conflict that they didn't want to work out, and just adjusting to having only one friend + healing from having severe anxiety (which i can say I am making great process with, I am getting out a little more each month and facing the world lol). I am hoping the rest of the year will be better. I am looking forward to school in the Fall, but enjoying my summer break until then. One thing I am proud of is that after making horrible financial decisions last year and paying for it, I started learning how to budget my spending and have gotten a lot better about it which even my parents are proud of me. It really does take making a mistake to really learn. Thank you for sharing the good and the bad about being an adult. Really means the world to me! ☺💖

Nearly halfway thorough the year and well I haven’t accomplished everything I wanted to at this point in the year, I had some small wins that I’m grateful for.

Love the vibe check! I set goals for each aspect of my life every year and achieve most of them. This year has been great but I feel like slowing down on self-improvement and be ok with it. My new goal is to have no goal 🤣

My year has felt slower because I've also been healing from burnout and trying to reassess what's important to me. Your vlogs always inspire me, as they remind me how much there is to experience in life outside of work! 💖💖

Honestly I like your videos more this year compared to previous years because it’s just more chill 😅😂 There were times your videos were too focused on productivity that I was getting burnt out 🤣

my year has somehow felt both fast and slow at the same time, but i feel it’s because i’m trying to be more intentional with my days so the day to day is slower, but the overall time that’s passing feels fast? if that makes any sense. can’t believe we’re already approaching july!!

I’m really proud of myself so far this year as at work I am officially med trained and now can give meds to clients in our day program! 😊 I always wanted to be med trained so I was so happy. I’ve also been trying to tell myself that change is okay and I’m trying to go with the flow more. 😄 Lastly, I’ve been vlogging and it’s been fun! I’m enjoying it. ☺️ My challenge this year js that my channel isn’t growing 😕 but I’m telling myself that it’s okay as long as I’m having fun. 🙂

First half of the year could have been better, but I'm happy with the progress I've made. I realized that now I get out of a slump quicker meaning I have developed tools to deal with those, so yay for a strengthen mental health. PS: at the end of the video I barely heard your voice because the background music was louder.

I think what I've noticed is that I need better planning for the year and what I want to accomplish. Because I have accomplished things BUT I think planning would 1. make it easier for those things to be accomplished and provide better framework as to how but 2. Help remind me to celebrate when I do accomplish things because it was planned and I did it.
