Now that it’s summer and light out earlier I do try and walk a bit before work. I used lunch break also for walking but getting some in the AM helps me power through sitting at a desk until lunchtime.

I don't have a 9 to 5 but working out in the morning has been hard for me. So I'm trying to build my consistency to get more used to it by dping "bare minimum" workouts. I'm like if I can stick to doing those consistently for a few weeks then I can do more challenging ones as I go.

I have an hour plus commute to work so I usually wake up at 5 just to hit the road but my goal is to move closer to my job by the start of next year and low key one of the things I'm excited for is to move my workouts to the mornings lol
