Spider-Man: He almost glides through the air, majestic. Spider-Man 2: Again, similar to the first, but that shot with the two helicopter flying behind him is incredible. Amazing Spider-Man: I love how it shows Spidey's agility and speed/reactions and how he navigates through tight areas. And the music is amazing for all of them! I just really hope that Homecoming has a final swing, you just can't have a Spider-Man movie without a final swing.

Mike Lizewski Well, Spiderman 3 didn't have a final swing, Amazing Spiderman 2 didn't have it, and Homecoming didn't have it, but with Homecoming is comprenssible, because Spidey is living in a small vecindary like Queens, and not in NY, but i doubt that in future sequels the director and the production will add a final swing, just because Homecoming have to find it's on essence, and having a final swing like the old movies is not the best idea, because the people will confuse it with a Raimi movie. But i'm not saying that i don't want a final swing in the next movies of Homecoming, just think about how cool would be seeing Tom Holland swinging in New York.

Yeah as much as I love a final swing, when I was watching Homecoming I knew it wasnt gonna have a final swing, for the reason you gave. This spider-man movie felt much smaller in terms of swinging, which I liked because you can tell Peter is still new to his powers, he's keeping it simple.

Mike Lizewski Yeah, he only have 6 months experimenting with it's role as Spiderman, Peter is a novice, and that was demonstrated in the scene of Spidey climbing the tower in Washington, he was a little scared to jump from a tall place, and he had to use his web wings to stay safe through the air. That show us the low experience of Peter, so, in future sequels he will grown up and learn all the abilities that Spidey knows in the comic book.

The final swings basically sum up many great things about the raimi trilogy. Amazing and memorable music, tobey macguire, and kick ass cgi for the early 2000s

I don't know if its a coincidence or on purpose, but I saw recently that EVERY Spider Man movie to date have been premiered during the same years: Spiderman (2002) Spiderman 2 (2004) Spiderman 3 (2007) The Amazing Spider-Man (2012) The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014) Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017)

I love how the ending swing evolves from a bittersweet one in Spider-Man 1 where he is sacrificing the love of his life and the chance of normalcy just to be the hero his city needs to the absolutely triumphant one in Spider-Man 2 where he's finally got everything he's ever wanted, MJ uses the iconic "go get 'em tiger" line, and he's whooping and cheering as the helicopters and police cars follow his lead to protect New York.

I always thought it was cool that Amazing Spider-Man ended with a swing scene. Regardless of what you think of the movie itself, that's a nice little homage to Sam Raimi's films.

I personally think the 2nd one's the best because its a completely happy ending. The city is safe, Peter's got the girl, and is a mighty superhero.

The first two were great, but I loved the Amazing Spider-Man's ending. It shows that Spider-Man's mobility is more than just a pendelum going building to building. His movement is just as agile and seamless in any urban terrain.

The amazing spiderman and spiderman 2 are good but I think the first one is unforgettable

Spider-Man becomes an old man you know lol, the comics don’t revolve around him being in high school the whole time, they literally go through his whole life. He even fought off the Sinister Six in his sixties.

Just came back from the theater. I was disappointed. The ending was pretty neat though

The thing is the first two are amazing because its actually spider man swinging but for TASM he's mostly webcrawling or doing some parkour shit

The first 2 are just everything you'd wanna see. I'd pick #2 as best because of the shot where he is at the top of his 2nd 'swing' or ascension. He is turned swightly sideways and leaning forward, THEN reaches out with his left hand to shoot his web. It's awesome.

BLOODY LOVE THE SCORES! Every spiderman movie has an excellent score, absolutely incredible. They all sound so beautifully thematic, each fiitting the character of spiderman, even though he is different each 3 of the renditions. And its one of the reasons I love the Amazing Spiderman. So good. And of course spiderman 2. But homecoming also has an excellent spiderman fitting score. Its used fewer times, but its used bloody effectively

I've seen every Spidey film ever since the first film in 2002, and I have to say, they all were awesome.

Wish Spider-Man Homecoming had an epic final swing like these😔, maybe in the sequel hopefully.
