4:09 This is actually quite an interesting fact. The referenced liquid is what is known as a hydroflorocarbon. They're interesting because they're really good at absorbing oxygen into them. Studies have actually been done that show that mice can survive completely fine in it. It would very likely be a good contender for stuff like oxygen equipment and even as the base for "white blood", artificial blood made completely without any red blood cells to carry oxygen. I mean it might be good for oxygen equipment butttttt you have to basically drown yourself in it and it's super uncomfortable, though I imagine given enough time it wouldn't feel awful and could be interesting for space missions.

Not only did they do those horrible things to innocent local civilians, but Ishii Shiro would vivisect his own assisstants if they got sick. Also they were trying to develop biological weapons to use on civilians. War crimes to find new ways to commit war crimes.
