"Did any of the debunked myths resonate with you personally? We'd love to hear your thoughts!"
You forgot about the "opossums eat thousands of ticks" myth. There was a flawed study where a bunch of ticks and stressed out opossums were put in a room together. The ticks climbed on the opossums, and when stressed, opossums will obsessively groom, leading them to accidentally eat the ticks. Opossums don't actually like to eat ticks. Wasps and grass spiders, however, do.

Sorry Boss, thanks for remind me...
this is an okay video but could've been significantly better if you were more uniform about your approach to each concept. sometimes you started with the misconception, and other times you started with the debunk of the misconception. it's formulaic but it helps in this format, you could've started by saying: The misconception is....etc. and then saying: The truth is.... etc. I only say this because your approach seems to be like you're trying to do this semi seriously or potentially have a future in this. so it's worthwhile feedback imo

Is it possible to get a more detailed sources list? Like, specific links to specific studies? I knew the one about sugar not really affecting kids, and have shared that info with people before, but haven't had a link to a study to point to before.

My pleasure!
That myth about the tongue taste zones is so stupid. We did an experiment in high school about it a few years back, and the whole point was to prove the myth true. I dont remember anyone elses result, but I could taste every taste we tested on all parts of my tongue.
