Will Sk Buff’s sitch has faults on both sides. He should have been honest outright as soon as he had his ankle assessed and not f*ck up the entire season and a city full of fans that live him. On the other hand, the assessment of his ankle sounds like it was problematic so I can understand the need for a 2nd opinion.

I don't feel this interview clarified anything with the "tracksuit" incident. If anything I have more questions.

Can this guy tell a straight story?? Glad we traded him.

Yeah being paid millions of dollars to be treated weird can easily be a drag. It's not always about money. You're acting like if you had that money you would have no problems or no negative interactions with people that could potentially leave a constant and lingering sour taste in your mouth. Mmmmm, I think the Jets won that deal when you consider how good that team the players involved made it. Myers, Armia (since "traded" to Montreal for nothing) and a pick that got us Roslovic. Myers was a factor in the Jets run to the third round. Great stick.

Scott Binns for us Armia was a bust we couldn’t even get him to score at all in AHL or give an effort and Myers was given a 10 million dollar bonus then showed up to training camp without being in shape. Sabres fans were happy to ditch them. Glad they worked out for you, we actually liked Kane, he played well for us, but we weren’t gonna give him big money with his injury and criminal history

Everything that has been said about Kane was confirmed in this interview. He is a me first person, he was growing HIS brand! His trade mark is three years in a city before he self implodes this year it's already started get sued by a casino in Vegas unpaid markers. Mike Bossy, I recall, also told the team he would be a fifty goal scorer just after being drafted... but he actually was, for 9 straight seasons.

I think he simply didn’t get along with the dudes in Winnipeg for whatever reason. Sharks have embraced him from day one and it shows.
