Part of the reason for Ren's great body definition is his diet. He's on a severely restricted diet, as his autoimmunity makes him highly allergic to virtually all food! This means that he has almost exactly the same meal, every single mealtime and obviously no food or snacks in between those meals. It's extremely low in fat and carbohydrate, as it consists of lean, organic meat, grilled and a selection from the 3 or 4 vegetables that he's allowed, also organic... and that's pretty much his entire diet! Couple that with the fact that exercise is really good for him, health-wise, so he's done it regularly, when able, since not long after the stem cell transplants improved his health and energy levels. Though he still tires really easily, so he has to be careful not to overdo it. For someone like Ren, with boundless ideas and desperately wanting to experience all that life has to offer, after being cut off and isolated from life, for so long, 'taking it easy' cab an, understandably, tall order at times! :)

The guy in the distance disappears when the camera moves from inside the car to out..I took it frame by frame. It's a seamless edit but I do believe one is there. Either way, I'm not complaining at all..he's a genius!

You need to show her some of Ren with the big push. I shot the sheriff/Road to Zion mashup, Praise you, Bongo Bong. Also Precious by Ren which I absolutely love
