Europe's Abandoned Castles Frozen in Time | Urbex
Europe’s restricted zones are our favorite holiday destinations. As dark tourists, this time the thrill of the forbidden was taking us to off-limit parts in and around Hungary. On a five-day road trip, we camped at secluded areas at night to bring undisclosed locations to light at sunrise. From vehicle graveyards as we have never seen them before to historical power plants protected by security, we have infiltrated some of the most fascinating abandoned sites you can imagine. In our new series completely shot in 4k, we’re documenting decay and experience history first-hand in a quality better than ever. In our first episode, you can join us while we’re exploring huge abandoned castles with intriguing histories. #urbex #abandonedplaces #bwturbex

On a five-day road trip, we camped at secluded areas at night to bring undisclosed locations to light at sunrise. This is the premiere of our first Hungary road trip episode. In the 20-minute adventure report, we will bring you to two derelict European castles. It's also the first video we shot completely in 4k. We would love to hear your feedback!

Your work on this film is phenomenal. It’s professional and mesmerizing. Your storytelling mixed with the history of this property is amazing and interesting but, rarely provided by others in these kinds of documentaries.....unless in professional filmmaking, and sometimes not even then. You had a smooth transition from one room or area to the next. I love the drone footage, as well. It showcases the massiveness of this castle, buildings and grounds. My favorite part, though, is the snapshot stills that you took. They were breathtaking. I wish you had taken more of them and sprinkled them throughout your film. But, every turn you made, every door you opened, every room you entered was engaging and exciting. I absolutely loved this piece. Well done!

Hello
Someone else commented it & I agree- these folks are the National Geographic of Urbex! It’s true!!! These videos are just in another universe with even the biggest channels!! The humble & respectful approach to document & record the history, the backstory to the places & things, the artistic quality of the photography & videography - it’s just incredible!!!! Each video is a delight! It feels almost like actually being there in person & I always learn something interesting!! KUDOS! This is pretty much the only Urbex channel I can stand to watch, if I do watch any videos on other channels I have to mute the volume & fast forward through a lot. Their juvenile approach to the entire project, the inappropriate music, the way they have to handle, poke, prod & move objects, the commotion between the explorers, their ignorance as to the history of the places & things, their disregard of dangerous situations like black mold etc is just beyond annoying & makes it just impossible for me to enjoy looking at the places filmed. This channel has NONE of those issues - AT ALL!!! There’s just absolutely no comparison to be perfectly honest! 👏👏👏👏👏
Your videos are just over the top, so professionally done, love the videos❤ You all just so awesome & talented👍 Stay safe guys😍

The ceilings and staircases are quite superb...presented with your usual skill at combining shapes and angles, light and contrast, and the ever encroaching Mother Nature as She reclaims what once was Hers alone. These really are beautiful architectural masterpieces, and I am always thankful for your vision of them...you never disappoint. Hello
I really like the way you explain the places you record and how you study the history of each site you visit..I m glad you do not give information as to where the places are located. I am amazed at how some wealthy abandon their property leaving valuables behind when there is people that could benefit with the things they leave behind... I myself moved from the City to the country and a week earlier with some friends I placed everything I was not going to take with me that it was still in good condition out front..Then I put a sign saying "take what you want it's free!!!! It only took half a day for people to take everything... There was even a guy that came over and asked me if I had an old typewriter..He asked me because he have one that needed a piece to fix his. Other lady that came by in a truck asked me if I was discarding clothes.. I told her to speak to my wife for she was in charge of that!!! But I left leaving nothing behind and satisfied that other people were able to benefit from what what I was not needing at that time..

Hello
The brick industrial building shown starting at 3:15 captivated me! I am a great fan of the beauty built into brick structures back in the days of decorative designs of even the lowliest industrial buildings, rendered thus by the craftsmanship of those who actually built them. The exterior ornamental work, along with the _intact_ metal windows, really satisfied my soul. I've seen you video of the power station shown in the slides immediately after and they reminded me of the hoist house of an underground iron mine in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, a few hundred miles from where I'm sitting. With its high vaulted ceiling and huge windows, this magnificent room was lit at night by _chandeliers!_ I'm curious tower you first showed at 9:59 and later, including drone shots (and BTW, I LIKE your drone shots; well done!). I hoped you'd tell us what it was for---possibly an ornate _water tower?_ I never tire of seeing your work. Danke schoen!
Im hyped for this video! By the way, from another explorer i can say there alot of untouched/undiscovered beauty in sweden / finland

Ok guys the first building you show has signs of what is being called a mud flooder or mud flood building they are literally all over the world. Something major happened a several hundred years ago that has buried first sometimes up to second floors of buildings below street/ground level. Think about it no sane architect is going to design buildings with windows & doors below street level & let me say it again all over the world. Check out the work of Jon Levi his channel here on you tube. I promise if you do you will never look at the pre 20th century buildings the same. Anyway thank you for documenting these structures before they tear them all down to cover up our real history.

The second building the one that used to be a fortress was in fact STAR FORT check it out guys star forts are literally all over the world & in places they shouldn't exist. Look into star forts. I found one in Australia just snooping around with google earth most are in ruin or have more recent structures put on top such as the Statue of Liberty! You can't make this stuff up. What an incredible world we are living in with so many secrets. Stay safe guys there are reasons so many places are off limits more reasons than you know ;)

edi yes there is a lot of funny business going on. Check out Jon Levis channel here he covers it very well. kzread.info/dash/bejne/hqeOqKdwc7jYibw.html We have miles of massive empty circuit board grids of roads out here in the middle of the desert it's crazy stuff. Have you checked out the suspiciously artificial looking beaches going up the east coast? Man just the thought of what an endeavor that must have been to move so much quarried stone. If that's what it is, hell it could be old world geocrete tech who knows? Google earth have Greenland totally censored under white out can't say it's snow as there should still be visible terrain.
