Eurobike 2024 Hall 9: what GCN don't show you! A real bike show experience (Day 1)

Спорт

This is day 1 of Eurobike with tech and gear that you can actually buy, from the brands that make it. A lot of the brands won't be widely known but this is how the bike industry really is.
Most of hall 9 is closed off for public viewing. Only trade and press/media are allowed in it. A lot of the western brands make deals with far eastern manufacturers.

@2.30..........'hidden nipples' are a really bad idea IMHO. Erosion is pretty much inevitable due to the egress of water inside the rims [ie: rain, washing bike etc]. I experienced this with a set of Reynolds wheels - pretty much every time I went for a ride a spoke would break. Have steered well clear of internally fixed nipples ever since.
