Ryan Trahan Hey Ryan! I love watching your videos. You inspire me so much. You have changed my life for the better. At the end of the summer my best mile was a 7:22. I’m in 6th grade now and I just got first at a track meet with a 5:23. You’ve helped me set goals and achieve them. I wish there was a way that we could meet so I could tell you in person how much you’ve changed my life. I can’t thank you enough. Thank You!!!

Hey Ryan! I am glad we worked together that second half through mile 20. HAHA thanks for the shout out! Shout out to you as well. At 19, I could only think about wrapping up my freshman year of college, definitely not running a marathon. Takes a lot of commitment and dedication to train for it and you killed it. Cheers and see you around. If you are ever in Portland, hit me up.

The key to running fast is not in the training you do, but from the bottle, you drink from. NEPTUNE IS PED, NEPTUNE IS KEY!

I agree 100%! Ryan’s old running videos were so good and he inspired me to start up my own KZread channel with RUNNING VIDEOS !! 😁👌🔥
Ryan, I don't got to tell you what to do man. But a 2:36 with like 20 mile weeks (2 days a week) is literally incredible. Get some solid training in, with some solid guys, refine your workouts to be marathon specific and develop that aerobic base again and I promise you you can break 2:20 eventually. You seriously might have the talent to be an olympian. Don't waste that.

Miguel Dickenson, the problem is that he doesn't want to do it, the mental aspect is far more important than whatever kind of training you do, if he wasn't invested in his running, he wouldn't make the Olympic standard, and no matter how hard you try, you can't force someone to like something
@kiernan3995
3 жыл бұрын
@@redalien75 sad truth. i’d love to have seen him keep running but you’re 100% right.
You could probably get the US Olympic Standard (2:18) if you legitimately trained... don't waste talent you'll regret it later in life

Absolutely loved this video, Ryan. So good, can’t wait to see more!
I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS VIDEO ALL. WEEK. IT TOTALLY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. YOU ARE A LEGEND. You really inspired me at the beginning man. I am 13 years old and my fastest mile is a 6:20 and it's sort of discouraging because some people are so fast. It was really inspiring to see that you struggled too. (I hope you take that the way I meant it---if you read this comment.) I just want to say thank you. This is great. You are an inspiration. I hope you keep it up! That's about all. Thank you SO much. Audios.
Great work dude! Can't wait for the next one
The first minute of this video is the most inspirational thing I’ve ever watched. I run cross country for tascosa high school with a lot of other guys you might know like Wes mcphail and I gotta say I love your videos man I really take them to heart keep it up
Man, you come through as such a great guy. Congrats on your marathon and all the best of luck forward.
I love the clips at the start of the video. It's pretty interesting how your first sub 5 mile was also a sub 4:50
Love the videos Ryan! Im loving the success and growth you’re channel has gone through during the recent months, all I can say is that im HAPPY FOR YOU!
you da goat bro sad to hear you're done for a while but you continue to inspire me
Ryan. Before my regionals, I was in the porta-potty and I watched the intro to your video 😅 it really resonated with me and I needed up placing 4th. Thank you Ryan, you are such a role model!
Jesus these videos really keep me going, I love you Ryan
Awesome video!! Loved watched the training video up to the marathon! Keep it up
Awesome video Ryan! You inspire me all the time when it comes to running, video production, and entrepreneurship.

Ryan, you gotta come back to Eugene and we can get some decathlon training in! Killed the video my guy, big fan! You ever try pole vault?!
shoutout to eddie. people like him don’t come around very often but when they do take advantage of it. congrats on the marathon ryan u deserve it
So glad I started following your channel your videos are dope!
bro, you've got so much potential to be a world class marathon runner, really impressive even splits too
This gives me chills. So amazing.
Superb running Ryan. Quite the risk you took but it's definitely your style to break the mold. I have a marathon coming up in August and my goal is sub 2:40. I want to challenge you to a race of some kind, but I'll prove myself first by running a time equivalent to yours. Once I accomplish this goal you'll be hearing from me. Despite your marathon success, I find it completely reasonable why you want to avoid regular marathons at such a young age. You're making the right call. You can always run them later on. Cheers!
