My cross country coach finished 77th in the Boston Marathon with a time of 2:36:38 at a 5:59 mile pace in freezing rain, driving winds, and 30 degree weather! I idolize people like him and you! So keep up the good work Ryan, and good luck on your race!!!

Adam McAvoy yeah I saw his Instagram story, he ran at a 6:00 pace and my coach ran at a 5:59 pace so technically my coach is faster😉😄

Ran a Half Marathon time trial today too except I ran 1:28:14. Didn't Push TOO hard and felt good about it. My main marathon isn't until October though, so I can only get better 💪
