This one came out of the parts box, but was too nice for that and worth sorting out! The case being the biggest problem.

I agree! The patina is just 👌
wished you'd shown the lug straightening process as i have found this to be a difficult process usually ending up with a snapped off lug

Used a pliers to slowly reshape it. Not a good filming angle so scrapped the clip as you could not see what I was doing.
Really great job. We’re always hardest on ourselves. With that age of watch, the burnished dial, and the lume falling out, could radium have been an issue here?

Glad you enjoyed the video! You can get radium burn, but usually you get the imprint of the hand where it’s been standing for a long time. This example is more varnish browning in UV light over the years.
