let's travel to the the southwest region of cameroon. let's make esubah and kwankwalang, the pride of the Bakossi people, bakossi traditional black soup is so delicious and nutritious. you hardly get full eating it, you keep feeling like having more

cocoyams ( colocasia/ taro/ ibo)
cocoyam leaves
smoked chicken
smoked fish
njangsa
hot peppers
palm oil
salt
seasoning cubes

We make ours with different vegetables..scent leaf, uziza and banga. Can be eaten with fufu or rice. Africa is just one with variation here and there
