I took a dna test at African Ancestry and I am 100% DNA match to the Ewondo tribe in Cameroon my Paternal side and I'm 97% match to the Masa Mafa and Kotoko in the Camaroon my Maternal tribe!

My parents pass on to me a combination of Dominican/Haitian and Puerto Rican. I'm 26% from Cameron and 12% from Portugal to name few.
The DNA test revealed that Western Bantu/Cameroon is part of my heritage. It's an eye opening experience to learn what you are, especially when you had no idea.

Just got my African Ancestry results and found out I’m from the Tikar people of Cameroon. Very little info on Tikar people online. Happy to know my mother side are from Cameroon. Any additional on the Tikar people would be helpful.
Very educative video, it reminded me back to my history classes but this even better with video. It’s so beautiful, hopeful one day will visit the great country of Cameroon 🇨🇲

I was born in Canada, but my kindergarten guardian was Cameroonian and my mother’s friend is Cameroonian. She was important enough to be considered a sister of mom’s. To say the least I got to learn a bit about Cameroon by asking them questions and well… Quite a bit later it’d be natural that I’d want to learn more eh?

I'm Hispanic and my cousin informed me we are of Cameroon and Cambodian ancestry outside of our American indigenous ancestry and African ancestry from south America due to slavery. I'm saddened that the plague of christianity and Islam has poisoned Cameroon as well as in the Americas.
