I love the lunchie as I quite like felt dolls. You have some sweet dolls to show us today. I’ve enjoyed seeing them all. Cute tiny tears. I’ve always liked Effanbee dolls. The miniature dolls are adorable. You were so lucky finding all of these dolls and it is a joy to see them. What a treasure the doll in a trunk is. A fantastic haul.

I love going to estate sales for wonderful finds! I picked up a Lenci doll in it's original box that sold for 130.00 at a doll and teddy bear shop.... I got her for 28.00! I love her so much, and she is in perfect condition, my very first Lenci doll! 💖

Very nice haul! I am always on the look out for vintage dolls at my local thrift stores. I have found a few neglected beauties over the years that I knew were waiting for me to rescue them and who were so ridiculously under priced that I could afford to buy them! One of my greatest acquisitions, however, came from a yard sale several years ago. A woman selling dolls sold me a large Rosemary walking doll from the 1950's in her original bridal outfit for only $10.00! Another great find, this time in a local thrift store, was a 2014 75th Anniversary Gone With The Wind Scarlett O'Hara porcelain doll by Seymour Mann, dressed in her infamous "nothing too moderate or matronly for you!" ( according to her jealous husband Rhett Butler) red velvet evening gown which she wore to Ashley Wilkes' not-so-much-of-a-surprise birthday party. I found her standing on the top shelf of the Christmas decorations section just waiting for me to find her. I was not even planning to stop at that store that day so I am sure glad I followed the sudden impulse to stop there and take a quick look-see around! I got to the check out and of course there was a hold up for a price check for the customer ahead of me and I stood there waiting for almost ten minutes I started to wonder if I had enough money with me to purchase her. Patience won out, however, and when I finally got to the register I happily discovered she was marked at only $3.00! I was like a little girl at Christmas when I carried her home with me that day! What a great hall you got there you got some amazing dolls I love those China head dolls I picked this up every time I see them I was also lucky I found three frozen Charlotte at the flea market they were $0.25 a piece I can believe it

You found some lovely Dolls at the Estate Sale:)!! I actually still have my Sunshine Family Baby, "Sweets":)!! At of your awesome haul my favorites are: Kestner Hida Doll in her Baptism Dress, the Blonde Boy Doll's Porcelain Head with blue bow, reproduction of an antique doll by Linda Marks Doll's outfit as much as her face, Cathy Hansen Doll in a sailor dress, baby doll in Eyelet Dress, Raggedy Ann with Raggedy Andy painted doll bench, and Angie Doll with her lavender dress:)! I also know what you mean by too dry in the Winter and too humid in the Summer. I like it warm in the Winter and I do not have central air conditioning, so keeping pre-plastic era dolls in my apartment is not a good idea. You really know your Dolls:)!! I am learning so much from your videos on antique and reproduction dolls:)!! Thanks for sharing your knowledge and your doll finds:)!!

I do a lot of research on the dolls before I make the video so it makes me sound like more of an expert than I really am! I didn't know the Kestner doll was Hilda until after I got her home and looked her up. BTW, I found the Sunshine Mom and Dad this weekend - Family reunited! I live in Maine, but the northeast US in general is pretty good for antiques of any kind.

I have a huge lot I am looking to get rid of . From large Kestners to 7 in Kestners to many Miniatures to lg Tinheads Minerva got many different

Vicky, with good antique dolls like Kestners, your best bet is to contact an auctioneer who specializes in dolls. I can recommend Withington's. There are several others out there too.
