  My 4 year old daughter wants a slappy doll from goosebumps but they are like 200$ and even the one your repairing is expensive so I didn’t think she was ever going to have one but her grandmother saved the day and she found a dummy same brand as this one from a friend of hers who found it at the goodwill a while back and he was cleaning out his storage unit and found it lol but we need to fix his mouth and buy him a new suit but my daughter is so happy 😂

  This was amazing! I worked in a Doll & Toy museum for a few years when I was a teenager in the 80's and I learned a lot when I was there. Is the doll at 1:03 a Kathe Kruse Doll? I remember we used to sell those, Lenci's, Mme Alexander and antiques, plus newer collectible dolls and I have some Dawn Dolls and that Quick Curl Miss America! Hey, regarding the Ken doll who won't talk anymore. Some of the ladies who worked at the doll museum did doll repairs and they used to fix the pull-string talk box with baby powder. They would pull the string out and put the baby powder on and pull it and work with it a few times. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Of course no guarantee that this would work for Kenny there, but it may?! I would not want you to damage him further but I thought that I would just mention that and you could use your own judgement. Very fun video!🪆🪆🪆

  It's 2024 now- I love the 1930's era- this is wonderful. Shirley was a noted doll collector. Her collection was auctioned after her death.

  Coming here in June 2024- the little lamp is Strombecker. This even for 6 yr. ago is a great haul. The Tootsie Toy piece is adorable. I like the Strombecker couch set, but prefer it in red wood. It is 1931 style- does anyone know which was older: red wood or flocked?

  Makes me miss my doll collection.i passed them down to my kids and grandkids and great grandkids. I still have some vintage glamour dolls and Shirley Temple and a few others

  Wonderful collecton. But, at about 10:05, please note that MisS Japan's kimono is not correct. The left side must go over the right, and hers is right over left. (Or has the photo been flipped?) Right over left is worn only on the deceased at their funeral..

  So I understand this could be very hard work for you to do. You're describing everything. I know this has to be hard, but I want you to know I appreciate it so much. You could just scroll it across the screen, but you're not you're describing it which as a blind person that means the world to me because I know what's happening. I can't tell you how many videos I've seen similar to this but they scroll it across the screen with music they don't describe it so it's not really accessible to me. Your videos however, are. . Thank you so much for this. Thank you for describing everything I know it has to be hard work, I really appreciate it.

  Hola, bonita colección. Como ls tienes tan perfectas? Yo tenía unas cuantas y me cojian polvo y aunque las limpiaba minuciosamente acababan cojiendo un color un poco sucio, las desnudez y lave su ropa y aún están por ahí. No se si las restaurare algún día. Un saludo desde Marbella España. Adios.

  Okay, I admit it: my dolls come to life at night and run around the house. They raid the refrigerator and leave crumbs all over the kitchen floor. I know it MUST be them, because my husband hotly denies making any of the mess.

  Thanks so much for sharing your collection. I have learned so much from you. I have just recently thrifted a 20" Effanbee fashion doll. She has a vinyl head and I think her body is hard plastic. Her hips are jointed and so are her knees. She appears to be strung with heavy elastic. She is only marked Effanbee on her neck. She has a beautiful face and lovely upswept hair in a bun. Are you familiar with this doll?

  the doll 14.05 is a silk man. He has some silk cocoons from the silkworm next to him. They are boiling in hot water to make them soft and able to unravel them. He has a brush in his left hand to make the silk threads loosen from the cocoons. With his right hand his is winding the threads on a winder to make hanks.
