I appreciate the fact that you do not sugarcoat your viewers and you are honest about any challenges throughout the day. Also I like the way you troubleshoot any issues and if the solution doesn’t work, you try another. John, Shannon, and Johnny, you are great role models! And Nicky, you are a terrific young man. All family vlogers should follow your example.

@@NickyTVFamilyVlog I am literally completing my paperwork at a meeting right now to become a autism respite worker and transportation!!! 😃 On the way here I was behind a suv with the license plate nckypoo! Yesterday at my fingerprinting on this little old woman’s radio Fleetwood Mac’s Sara was playing and that is the song that my sister who I lost was named after! The sister who had my two nephews with autism who are now 18 and 20! 😳🥹 I had to share, God works in mysterious ways! I feel so blessed! My first young man I will work with is 22 and nonverbal. Thank you for your channel and everything I have learned from watching ☀️🙏🥰

The screen is so addicting and super inflammatory. I've mentioned before, our autistic child is only seven and she is like a moth to flame, but it was detrimental to her behaviours and our sanity. So we quit cold turkey. She gets a learning tablet feok time to time, tv is a treat. I have very little time to myself but she's a happier girl now. We are outside and moving her body a lot to tire her out. I know, all kids are different. I know he is a large teenager lol. We want our kids to have these things but there has to be some moderation. I would have maybe gone to school with him and observed go see what exactly was causing the behaviours before pulling out. Again I trust you know him best and made the best decision possible. The sooner you get him going to a program the better: our kids need to be around other people. How else will they learn? They need to learn, interact and take direction from other people. It's great to see him in a happy, calm state. I know the anxiety, ocd, and rigid behaviours are hard on everybody. Co parenting is a whole other topic, I bet you all do it so well.
