Ingredients For Nasi Tomato:
30g Ghee.
3 pcs Pandan Leaf.
1-2 pcs medium red onion (finely sliced).

Garnish:
Coriander leaf.
Ingredients for Daging Dendeng:
1½ kg beef chunk.
4-5 tbsp. Nanyang Sweet soy sauce.
Oil salt, Palm sugar & water as needed.
4-5 tbsp. tamarind juice.
6-8 pcs red bird's eye chilies.
1 cup sweet soy sauces.
5-8 pcs kaffir leaf. For Blend
3-4 pcs lemongrass.
2 inches ginger.
3-4 medium red onion.
1 cup dried chili. Garnish.
Kaffir leaves/red bird's eye chili.
Fried shallot.
