Ingredients for Roti Jala :
360g all-purpose flour
790g coconut milk
1 nos egg
40g margarine/butter
¾ tsp of turmeric powder
Ingredients for curry paste:
5-6 pcs garlic
8 pcs shallots or 3-4 pcs red onion
2 inch ginger
Ingredients for Chicken Curry
600-800g chicken
Salt,water & oil as needed
3 tbsp chicken curry powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 pcs carrot (cut round into bites size)
250g coconut milk
2 pcs potato (cut into big chunks)
2 tbsp tamarind juices
3 tbsp kerisik
Spices
1 pcs cinnamon
2 pcs star anise & cloves
6 pcs cardamom
Garnish
Curry leaf
Red chilies
