It's fucking space age technology, my eyes are bleeing after watching at this perfection! P.S. Can you clear something up for me, sir? As I understand, the machine is just placing the components on the PCB, it does not solder them. How does it ensure that components are not moved from their places - is some sort of glue used in the process? Thank you for your answer.

Максим Щербань Dear Максим, thanks for the compliment :) yes it’s really outstanding! No the components are not soldered in the machine. The machine can either be used inline or standalone. In any case you’d first need a stencil or jet printer or a dispensing system. Afterwards the PCB gets soldered in a reflow oven. The component is hold on the PCB by the force of adhesion between component and solder paste. Hope that helps - if you have any further question, don’t hesitate to contact us: info@essemtec.com.

badass!
Damn, I want.... I'm running a 1998 Manncorp ECM-97 w/ 90 feeders.... and it's a slow P.O.S. Nice machine
My god, this thing is FAST
I m working with a basic model. About 1000 parts/min. But this is amazing and industrial level.
awesome
I had to check that I wasn't watching this video at 2x the speed, like I usually do...
I work in the spring manufacturing industry and I feel like our machines are blazing fast, and they are, we can run easily 30k pph. But compared to this thing, jesus christ. I can't even see it moving in some shots, and I can't imagine the accuracy, at THOSE speeds. We can hold, depending on the part, down to 0.001", and that's just coiling wire into a spring. This machine is crazy, what a whole different world.
I love technology
But this machine have been built with another one ? But how did the first was built ? :)
wow
man is the mind, the robot is the arm, the man calibrates and puts the material very carefully, the robot does the rest, in practice the man is the most perfect thinking machine of the universe
Is it real speed?
I had to change the playback speed to 1.75 so that it looked normal. (SI)
🤤🤤🤤🤤
Cost of the machine ?
Wow, so slow :o
