jukI? u mean junky? we replaced our mydata/micronic smt machines with jukis, worst business decision EVER

We have slightly better security at work. First we scan the empty roll with the full one in "sherpa desktop". This operation changes the individual component code (hu) in the BOM in the system (by the way, it prevents confusing disks with a similar component code). Then, using the "refil" option, scan the new puck to the machine. To connect the tapes, we have copper connectors in the magazine, 20. On the new disc, we leave a foil longer than the tape, so that the feeder pulls the tape off the joint smoothly.

​@@clarencelopez8942 At least when it comes to the company I work for, there are a lot of responsibilities in this work on the SMT line. We have 1 person working on most of our lines. You have to watch to load the PCB into the container, watch the amount of paste in DEK, and the filling level of the components on the machines. Before converting the line to the next product, you need to prepare SMED for the next product (bring it), check with the documentation that everything is correct (strencil code, program availability, number of pins for DEK ect.). Then, when retooling, you have to change the convoyers, deca, SPI, load the program in ASM Siplace, and change the furnace. After which you need to complete some documents. Changeovers are the worst and least enjoyable.

WHY? tracking reels and instant verification is offered by fuji free of charge. not to mention that the nxt3s have a electical tester for all parts

All day every diggity day, with constantly rotating middle and upper management that don't understand the process and don't care to learn it.

in my company, for mounting machine we use panasonic brand and we stock many reelpart at the mounting machine,, so we cannot change or add feeder when changing model
