Essemtec AG Hi Tech innovation for new solution
Are these spools only the printing materials or do some of them contain the electronic components that are soldered onto the 3d printed PCBs as well? Sorry for my ignorance, i'm simply trying to understand. Process looks very slick btw.
As a PCB designer, the trace routing being relaxing is often true lol. Also, 0805 (imperial) components are a nice middle ground (between 1206 and 0603) for hand solderable and prototyping SMD components. 0603 are still manageable but are harder and 0402 can still be done, but I limit them as much as possible. Whatever you do, do not the 008004.
How much of that 140,000 daily tons of electronic waste is theoretically salvageable?
Dat bird coming out of a magical portal... lol wut?
Was this video was designed to tell us Essemtec is about to take flight big time?
We're not far from the day factory floors will be "human free", are we? Welp, can't stop the inevitable,... This is some impressive looking stuff ngl!
When technology is enjoyable for use you know the designers hit the spot!
This is very exciting. I can't even imagine where this is going to be 5-10 years from now.
Should be very useful for high complexity builds
Does that mean next generation Dragonfly printers will be able to deliver a component complete with built in energy storage? That should be a big plus for manufacturers.
amazing end to end electronics fabrication with a click of a button.
That little astronaut robot is awesome I’d love to buy one of those for my son…
Essemtec lining up to be a heavy hitter within NNDM! AM impressed.
Additive manufacturing and energy storage devices is a match made in heaven! Really impressive stuff with extreme commercial potential imo.
This video 🔥! This tech 🔥
I struggle to see how this isn't an industry standard within no more than a decade. Impressive work fellas!
Wow this is seriously impressive stuff! Even my basic understanding of electronics is enough to see that.
Man... Going from weeks to hours should be one hell of an improvement for designers and producers.
Bonus points for uploading a demo which uses a specially designed solder layer setup to make the machine play some music (like Floppotron) :)
Thank you. Our Engineering Team likes music at work.
awesome
I work in the spring manufacturing industry and I feel like our machines are blazing fast, and they are, we can run easily 30k pph. But compared to this thing, jesus christ. I can't even see it moving in some shots, and I can't imagine the accuracy, at THOSE speeds. We can hold, depending on the part, down to 0.001", and that's just coiling wire into a spring. This machine is crazy, what a whole different world.
*I constantly admire your technology and your achievements!* 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Impressive machine!
Badass
Сколько такой аппарат стоит?
Nice machine Indian rupees price thank you
Very impressive. Thanks!
Great work! 👏🏼
⚡🤖👌🏻💕
Cost of the machine ?
Wow, so slow :o
badass!
🤤🤤🤤🤤
WOW 🤩 GREAT 👍
Very good 👍
SLOW
please tell us the name of this track....
That't the best line equipment presentation on the web. I watch it again and again.
I m working with a basic model. About 1000 parts/min. But this is amazing and industrial level.
Wah I like it +919811283204
I love technology
*_Super!!!_*👍👍👍👍
I had to change the playback speed to 1.75 so that it looked normal. (SI)
I had to check that I wasn't watching this video at 2x the speed, like I usually do...
How much is this machine? the cost of feeder also? my email "[email protected]" thank
I want to be a pick and place machine in my next life
Shesh.... guess who has a capacitor in his pants after watching that?
Thank you too!
can my university have one for free?
