Great video. I was looking for some thing as my six year old daughter is on the smaller side and some of her friends at her daycare consistently like to pretend to give her hugs but then they pick her up. They immediately get her in a double under hook directly facing her. They don’t hurt her but she doesn’t like it and then won’t stop doing it, so I was looking for some type of way to defend against it for her without hurting them, of course as there only six. I was trying to work with her on pummeling, but that doesn’t seem to work that great so the tips you have here should really help. Thank you.

How do you take the back from an underhook? Also, do you consider it viable for self defense to do that back take into a throw and run, should you be in the clinch and need to escape?

Take the eyes out with the fingers...I guess we are not talking about street fighting though. ;)
