1. David Zaslav is the corrupt CEO of Warner bros discovery. 2. The movie is basically about Wile E Coyote sueing the Acme corporation for all the faulty products he used in his countless attempts to catch the road runner. 3. He's trying to write it off for tax purposes because WBD has been in debt since the merger.
