That young man with the fro is something else. Not afraid to put in work. He’s no slouch when it comes to calling out the rats and directing the dogs. Parents should be proud. I have the feeling that the kids going to succeed in whatever he does.

Ive been learning alot about hunters using dogs to hunt from farmers and those really nice animations. Its nice to see them being used to help situations rather than for sport hunting. The dogs get work to stay active and use their instincts and you help the people with mass infection without harming the environment. I mean I know this is an odd vid but u know

Just found your channel and I love it. It’s amazing to watch the dogs and the minks work. they are so dedicated and determined and I’m sure that’s because they have excellent training. I’m going back and watching all the old videos so I can catch up. I first got hooked on watching the iguana hunters in Florida and how they’ve devastated the landscape.

So here we see Boss in or entering his prime. And we definitely see more of the catch crunch kill. Boss just keeps the rat in his moth, perhaps mouthing it a bit longer than "perfection". But he's still younger in this I believe. So I don't know where that leaves Tag and how we've seen her, if it's fair to say, issue with chase catch throw 4x and those characteristics diminishing and turning into what Boss was, RIP. If it was ever possible for Joe to have Boss, Shurnise (sp?) and Bindi all at the same time, other than the small dog that would be an INSANE team. Neela is a little warrior, espeically for her age. But all the dogs are fun to watch, espeically the stubborn little terriers who think they weight 150 lbs!

Out of the dozens and dozens of different terriers I've seen ratting, I've never seen one get to even a 5 out of 10 for ratting intelligence. They really struggle to use their brains, and typically just work on impulse rather than thinking about things. Plus being a smaller dog, they are always going to struggle to get very high in the speed category. I wish you were local so we could go ratting together! It would be fun to see your dogs in person!
