Just wanted to say thank you from Canada. Was estimated $60.00 for a technician to LOOK at my Epson XP-950 printer, not including repairs/parts. Stumbled across this video, cost me $68.00 (taxes and shipping included) for TWO Printer Potty sets with the reset counter code. Took me less than 10 mins to fix the issue. Will order again from you in the future. Great educational video, very thorough reset counter instructions as well. You guys rock!!

I bought the pad and reset code. I received the reset code immediately and now my printers unfrozen and back on line! My paper tray was out when Epson's counter locked it out and I couldn't get it to retract back in, fixed with reset! Now I'm just waiting for the pads to arrive so I can change them (just ordered today). This is great as I just couldn't shell out $300+ for a new comparable Epson printer to my XP960 that's in great shape. But even though I love this printer I will look long and hard when I do need a new one for a company that does not disable my equipment as they see fit! What total BS!

Great video, so easy to follow. Took me under 10 minutes to get my printer (Epson XP-960) working again. At first I thought I was going to have to buy a new printer ☹when it went off. Thought it would be cheaper, than taking it for a service somewhere. Then I come across octoinkjet! Only cost around £21.00 for ink pads and reset code, bought on ebay. 😁

Hi, thanks for this useful video! I've just ordered the ink pads for my epson xp 960, but I didn't realize that the reset key comes with the kit I ordered! I'm looking forward to getting more life out of my printer 🙂

The reset key is needed if you still have the waste ink pad error. You can get one here: www.octoink.co.uk/keys

I’m reshooting the video for that as the first attempt was not good enough to use.

The more detail you can provide about your computer operation system, anti-virus, how connected to printer, the error(s)/symptoms in full, etc… the better I can figure out what’s happening and how to get round it.

I don't like Epson maintenance policy (auto maintenance should be easy and free)

We don't disagree. They should have been making this sort of self repair much simpler but they haven't so we did... We trust you've found our efforts worth it though.
