    Thanks for your comments 🙏🏻 it’s how humans have always existed, outside in the sun ☀️ when it got too much the skin lets you know (goes pink) that’s when you retreat to the shade and avoid sunburn. Dr Kruse also spends significant time in operations and under blue light etc the extra time in the sun helps mitigate the damage. For everyone else living in northern latitudes, you need to embrace the cold. There is suggestion that the cold helps to release another form of vitamin D inside which we talked about on the episode 8 podcast with Sara Pugh kzread.info/dash/bejne/d5muyM6IlK-vYJs.htmlsi=QeuTX0l97aJW5aQC

    How much body fat on a man is healthy? So what is the ideal percentage? Never spoken, merely for a male to check his erection. But no actual range?

  • @rickmillerrd

    @rickmillerrd

    5 ай бұрын

    It’s dependent on a number of factors which are not isolated from each other. This is why we do DEXA scans on our men and check it against the following factors… Including: light environment, grounding frequency, cold adaptation and more. Ergo, you can be over fat and healthy and also ripped and very unhealthy. There’s truly not a range as such but our estimates from our clinic suggest that above 30% (total of visceral and subcutaneous fat) things ‘may’ start to go downhill but not everyone.
