Unfortunately there is no flexibility for people who choose not to consume animal flesh or secretions. Even synthetic vitamin A is discounted entirely as an option. People do live full healthy lives without animal formed retinol so there must be an option even if not the 'perfect' options according to the protocol.

Do any of you remember how melanoma cases suddenly skyrocketed in the 80s? I was living in Houston and every billboard between Galveston and downtown was pushing sunscreen (''Fry now, pay later'') while the news that we still listened to bombarded us with scary statistics. A friend of mine, an M.D., insisted that the disease rates hadn't gone up; cases were just being reported more faithfully due to better medical care. Currently, I see things differently. What if melanoma suddenly had become more lethal? People started staying out of the sun, vitamin D deficiency became a thing, bone disease became more prevalent, and joint replacement surgery really took off. Sounds like a regular gold mine to me.

  • @rickmillerrd

I can’t say I remember directly as I was born in the mid-80s but I have certainly seen the adverts. Indeed, the same sentiment is from Dr Gulhane via Dr Richard Weller who is a renowned dermatologist in the U.K. and expert in UV effects on health. He also said in an interview with Dr Gulhane that melanoma may be over-diagnosed in many cases and as you say, the long term implications of vitamin D deficiency are profound.

Because if copper isnt attached to its proper enzymes ( ceruloplasmin, lysil oxadase, Peptidylglycine alpha-amidating monooxygenase, and all the others it gets bound up by albumin and other enzymes making it un available. The root cause protocol has helped me immensely in 6 different ways. It has to be followed in all aspects or it wont work. Excessive stress, parasites, insufficient retinol, high blood sugars, glyphosate, HFCS, and other things inhibits proper bioaviablity and usage of copper.

If there is no such thing as unbound copper then why is he so hell bent on getting ceruloplasmin levels to optimal levels. All he talked about for years is reducing unbound copper to utilise copper properly. His optimal bloodwork levels that he promotes in his group have an even copper to zinc ratio and a ceruloplasmin level that would result in a free copper level under 10%. I know from personal experience a high unbound copper percentage creates an enormous amount of oxidative stress and creates so many health issues. Reducing that level has made all the difference for me and many others. Morley clearly has alot of oxidative stress going on just by looking at his appearance. He has aged horribly on his own protocol over the years. Probably needs some zinc.

Fermented leafy greens were a valued part of the diet because the fermentation process neutralizes toxins in the plant. Leafy Greens cooked in animal fat were a valued part of the diet because cooking also neutralizes plant toxins and makes the fat soluble vitamins more easily absorbed. I got over the “virus” but a short time later I was dogged by fatigue, he tested negative for a number of things then decided that it was M.E. brought on by the virus I had suffered with…fast forward 30 plus years and I now have Fibromyalgia, SVT, spondylosis, diabetes, arthritis, diverticulitis, IBS and other stuff, I currently have bilateral pulmonary embolisms for the second time in 3 years and the hospital don’t know why, my husband is almost as bad but his Spondylosis is worse than mine, we are both pretty miserable. 👇🏽 Just to clarify what I was saying about the "Stretching" at the beginning of the podcast in case I wasn't clear 🤸🏼‍♂️ I hope you all enjoy the Listen 🎙️🔥 and thank you @rickmillerrd for having me on again 🙏🏽 There are 2 main reasons from a movement perspective we encounter stiffness & aches/pains: Over Stretching & Passive Stretching can make these symptoms worse 🤯 1. Weakness / Lack of Strength 2. Too Much Laxity / Too Loose / Hyper-Mobile 👉🏽 These two things are very common and are very often found together. When a muscle is weak / is lacking the strength to support a specific area of the body, the brain tightens / stiffens up the area in pursuit to keep it safe. 🧠 When we are too loose & lacking the strength to control that range of motion, again the same thing happens. The brain feels under threat! There is too much range of motion and not enough control (strength) by the controller. Tightness and Pain can come about because of this. 🤔 So how do we address Pain & Stiffness? specifically when there is nothing actually wrong with the body in terms of injury. 🔑 We need to work from the inside out, by Strengthening the tissues through their Full Range of Motion (ROM) (through Resistance Training or Bodyweight Training) & gaining Neurological acceptance to grant us access to greater ROM. Instead of trying to work from the outside in, forcing the body into positions it refuses to go into and holding them (passive stretching). The Key to unlocking a Functional & Mobile body is the same for attaining a Pain Free body! The protocol and strategy doesn't change. We need to simply understand that Mobility = Strength + Flexibility 🔓 Using our bodyweight moving on all fours, allows us to build resilience and tolerance against gravity. The stronger we are, the less aches and pains we experience. The nervous system and brain are constantly looking for safety reassurance! 🧠 Spending time on both hands and feet, provides additional input to the brain about the state of the environment & spacial perception. The ground is the safest place for the Brain. More information (Proprioception) = More Nervous Safety = Increased Pain Tolerance = Increased Power Output 💥💪🏽 🫴🏽 If you wish to work with me and Rick, feel free to reach out to us and we will make you a personalised plan designed specifically for your body and goals🏆✅ *This comment is for Educational purposes only, proceed at your own Risk & Responsibility*
