    This is called "creating a contact" they use the excuse of a pretrial injunction or other paper service to come into contact with you so that they can manufacture an instance where they hope they get to do something to you. They know that the more times they create a contact the more likely a chance to escalate or entrap they will have and they can then manufacture a prosecution on their unsuspecting victims. All awhile they are acting legitimate. Plus if all the victim of this overbroad usage of pretrial injunctions did was yell at someone then there has been no crime committed but here this injunction allows them the ability to take certain human rights away, like the ability to possess firearms for defense or any weapon for that matter and the ability to move freely in and about public. These are just two examples of rights limited by the unlawful unregulated usage of pretrial injunctions such as restraining orders and temporary protection orders. This evil used in these ways described must be stopped.

    Off topic, but why do cops refrain from ringing a doorbell that they can see and resort to banging on the door like idiots. We moved to the sticks and our dogs don’t respond to our doorbell like they used to. If you knock, they act like assholes and our cameras show most delivery guys scurry back to their vehicles when they hear them acting the fool. Also off topic, whenever I go outside I’m strapped (coyotes, bobcats, snakes, wild hogs, etc.) so as a retired Airman I’d hate to think I could end up like that brother in Florida because of these public servants cowardice.

  • @The_Pariah

    @The_Pariah

    Ай бұрын

    See, people like you give bad advice to others. Do *NOT* get a doorbell camera like Ring. Get a regular camera system. "Doorbell cam" services like Ring actively share your recordings with the police without asking you or notifying you. If cops want some video from your Ring, they can go and get it from the company. They don't even have to knock on your door. Neither the cops nor Ring have to ask your permission. either. It's part of your TOS for using Ring's services (and other camera companies do similarly). Get a wired system (I refuse to use wifi b/c of how easy most wifi systems are to compromise) and use that to record interactions.

    Four States Legislators have wised up and reversed Qualified Immunity for Career Criminal Police Officers, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Montana. Smart decisions because they are tired of the Taxpayers paying for LEO's cowardice ways. Qualified Immunity needs to be reversed in all states. Cops have gone rouge, they don't care if you sue because the taxpayers pay for the suit, you and I. Not only do they not deserve Qualified Immunity but they should be required by law to submit to at least two psych evaluations a year paid from their own pockets to keep their job, done by Qualified Professionals not affiliated with any police association or union. This will weed out the bad cops. A northern California sheriff’s department stripped 47 deputies, 10% of the force, of their guns and arrest powers because they failed psychological exams, it was reported on September of 2022. They have become nothing but Career Criminals with badges! In John 10:10 we're told that Satan has come to steal, kill and destroy. I think he has recruited most of the LEO's, Judges and Prosecuting Attorney's in this Country! In some states an officer is only required to take 600 hours of training but to become a barber it take 4000 hours, 6.6 times longer. How right is that? The only sane conclusion you can come up with is that LEO's are stupid, corrupt and evil! Colorado has also made it mandatory for officers to report bad cops and not be involved in their cover ups but that still doesn't work. Police investigating police, how well has that worked? It hasn't and that's why Legislators need to reverse Qualified Immunity.

    If they are not responsible for protecting the individual, who obtained the protection order, then they don’t need to be handing them out.

  • @Youhaverights6

    There probably wasn't even a crime committed and he is probably not even being prosecuted in a trial process. They are pretrial injunctions, the temporary protection orders, they are supposed to be used if someone committed a crime and got out on bail and the court feels it should attempt to keep a victim safe. Even though we all know that a piece of paper never stopped an actual aggression. The use of a pretrial injunction such as a restraining order or temporary protection order in a situation where someone just complained about someone who hasn't committed a crime, is an unlawful, overbroad use of the this provision of law. A lot of the time these orders are places on an individual from the public by public service agents in an attempt to chill the first amendment of someone trying to hold those agents accountable and who have been protesting the agents. These pretrial injunctions being used to stifle accessibility to the public services is an act of private gain for agent or agency and is an unlawful, unregulated usage of these pretrial injunctions. There needs to be an office of law that prosecutes these agents after the fact of these being issued at or under these whims and conditions.

    Name of the department just give it away from what I seen from other auditors . Never unlock , open doors, especially if you have a storm door . Make them put the paper up to window to read ,make sure it's a search warrant .

    I don’t open the door for two armed suspects matching the description of people who shot and killed a woman a few months back… or a boy in next county over. That applies to every county in the land.
