    Thank you, ladies!!!! I have been enjoying watching and listening to you both as I binge watch your podcasts which was recommended by “The Knitty Kats”. Thank you for mentioning about social media because I don’t have some of them and I’m ok except when I can’t join a kal to win prizes because I can’t post. So sad but it’s ok. I have been knitting on a cardigan while watching that I would like to share. It’s called the “Slouchy Cardigan” knitted with Malabrigo from the Malabrigo book 10 Rios for my daughter, Brit. She’s excited and so am I because I’m almost done. Well till tomorrow in episode 11 have a great night from Kathy in Massachusetts ❤

    So much to comment on because I loved the entire video. Love the Lion, and the pretty pink sock coming along. You 2 are so much fun to watch. Feel like I'm at home. I love 'You've Got Mail' and 'Sleepless in Seattle'. I rewatch them over and over... so fun - such feel good movies. Love the Andrea Mowry sweater you shared, wish I was that skilled... Maybe someday!!! Working on amigurumi toys right now and crocheting a hat. always fiber busy and I love it. sending you love,hugs,prayers

    Thank you for your kind comments! I have to rewatch those movies it has been way to long since I’ve seen them. I am a little intimidated by the Winter Beach Cardi of Andrea’s but I’m going to give it a go. I haven’t jumped on the amigurumi toy train yet but they look so fun that I might have to soon. I am like you, I love to be busy with all the fiber! ❤~Diana

    I'm the same way! I'm number 4 of 10 children and there is a three year gap between me and the next child. So I'm the youngest of the older group, in between the older and younger group, and the oldest of the younger group. I've been told I had the a lot of the characteristics of all three categories. 😁 I love the little lion you made Kaity! I have that book as well and I've been itching to knit one of the adorable little animals. I think it looks very cute without a face. It gives it an old-fashioned toy look which I really like. 💛 Your Tolstas are beautiful!! I am loving lots of pinks this year and the shades you picked are perfection! I've been wanting to knit the Winter Beach Cardi by Andrea Mowry too! When you cast on yours, Diana, I think I'm going to try to pull everything out and cast on one and knit it along with you. I dyed up some yarn for it and everything but I just haven't gotten around to knitting it yet. 🥰

    Hello from 94 degree Alabama! Thanks for another great episode! I have made a few sock sets from Sewrella and although it doesn’t look like enough contrasting yarn for top, heels and toes there is. I have only made Crazy Sock Lady’s vanilla socks pattern though. I love that pattern and if you have really nice sock yarn it does show it off. I have always used dpn’s and I tried 9’ circulars recently and found it made my wrist hurt, so it’s back to the dpn’s for me! Have a wonderful July 4th!

    I have knit a couple of Ankers lately and have a question that I can’t figure out. Maybe you or a fellow viewer can help me. The pattern for my Ankers has 5 sets of k1 , P1 in the yoke. I knit the smallest size. According to my pattern, recently purchased, some larger sizes have 6. I’ve noticed that yours (and others I’ve seen) only have 4. There is no option for 4 sets of K1, P1 in the yoke on my pattern. I love my Anker as is but the discrepancy is driving me crazy! Any one know why the differences? Thanks! I greatly enjoy your videos!

    Hi Lori! I've knit two Ankers and I just love them. If you look on page 3 of the pattern midway down, you see "You have now worked 3 rib sections." Sinc you're knitting the smallest size, you jump down to the bottom of the page that says "All sizes", and do another rib section for four rib sections - and that's it for the rib sections for the smaller sizes. I hope this helps! Happy knitting!

  • @loriflaglor5686

    @loriflaglor5686

    @@tamibrown.21 Thank you. But my pattern does not read that way. It includes an extra set of ribbing after the fourth round for the largest three sizes, but nowhere says that the smaller size knits only four rounds. In fact, it clearly states at the end of the ribbing that my chosen size has five rounds of ribbing. There must be different versions (original and revised ?). I love the sweater, so no problem, but discrepancies like that always make me curious for the ‘why?’. Thanks again. Happy knitting and blessings to you!
