Love your podcast. You both are so genuine. Kaity, I got a chuckle how you surprised your mom with your finished sweater. Both sweaters are beautiful. My next knit will be the Babydoll dress by Kristi Porter. A great way to pair knitting with some cute fabric, because I have a lot of both. Prayers for your surgery to go well and a speedy recovery.

I so look forward to your podcast as it brings me so much peace and your love of this community is contagious! As far as my next wanted cast on . . .I am taking on a big project with making my boys sweaters for Christmas! Now mind you, I have only made I believe two sweaters! I am making them the Lanark sweater by Creabea! When I saw this pattern it was perfect for all three of my boys! My middle boy just got home from deployment so he was the first one I got to measure. And when I asked him what color he wanted . . .black! Holy Hannah! This will be the first one I cast on as I will need all the light I can get with the black yarn! Wish me luck!

I enjoy watching your podcasts so much. Thanks for putting yourselves out there. I am anxious to cast on Alpine Bloom. I made a commitment to finish wips, but I just might take a wip break and cast on. Sending prayers your way, Diana.

Hello ladies!! I was so happy to see another episode pop up. Your Tolsta tees are so beautiful! I really like that picot detail on the edges. I may have to try that at some point. It looks very feminine and elegant. Diana, your Salty Air tee looks amazing!! I love that pop of fuchsia pink. Congratulations on 2000! Your podcast has become one of my very favorite "drop everything and watch as soon as I can" podcasts.🥰 I am hoping to cast on a little toy elephant for my little boy. I was gifted some worsted weight yarn recently and realized it would be perfect for the little elephant toy by Susan B. Anderson. It's a free pattern on her blog. And then I'm also hoping to finish up my Tolsta tee and then make another summer top, either another Tolsta or the Summer Souffle by Laura Penrose. I'm praying for you Diana! I hope the surgery goes smoothly and as stress-free as possible ❤❤

Congratulations on 2k I look forward to casting on more socks for sock week My husband and I recently went on an anniversary trip to Lake Lure, and I stopped in to the Black Mountain yarn shop. It was a beautiful shop and I went in shortly before they closed. They were so sweet when I was still trying to make a decision at closing time. They were knitting and visiting and said just let us know when you decide. ❤

What a super interesting and exciting episode with such a great lot of content, I was so distracted I overshot on the leg of my sock and had to rip out 5 rows 😂 Dianne ,I think that my raverly favourites must be similar to yours - I have on my needles a Salty air tee and a Tolsta tee but also have a couple of Caitlin Hunter patterns waiting to start including Alpine Bloom which I am impatiently waiting on my yarn to arrive so I can begin that. I hope all goes well for your op this week and I hope for only good news for you. Well done on your Tolsta finish Kaity, it looks beautiful and what a wonderful reaction from your Mum. Best wishes from a winter Australia- Kathie🌸

Thank you for such a lovely podcast. I love how you all encourage each other and other knitters. Praying for a smooth surgery and recovery for you Diana. I love how you have "olders", "middles", and "youngers" in your family because I'm a mother to 4 - two older boys and two little girls! (I'm also one of the "olders" in my family growing up.) I'm finishing up the last few inches of my first knit garment - a coloring book tee by Aimee Sher. Then I'm hoping to cast on the Aosta Summer Top by the Knit Purl Girl. I saw MaryAnne's of bymwu (on youtube) version of it and fell in love. Hoping the yarn I have will work for it, but haven't done a gauge swatch yet.

Tin Can Knits does patterns that you can figure out for any size, and yarn weight, which is great for using what you have for you daughter. I have so many things I want to knit of their patterns for my grandkids! And me! But I think the next thing I'm going to cast on is the 8th Avenue shawl by Cozy Up Knits.

I love visiting with you both each week. I just purchased the Tolsta tee pattern, and need to stash dive. Also working on a Pampas Tee by Samantha Guerin. And socks are always on the needles. Hoping all goes well with your surgery, sending healing thoughts!

I bought our kookoo clock in France. The little bird pops out and bobs up and down on the hour so my daughter named him Bob. 🤭 🐦 FYI...pronunciation is Bee-sh A Boo-sh 😉 Today I'm working away on my Super Simple Summer Sweater in ochre and navy. And also working on my bubble gum pink Elton. And just received the yarn and alpaca silk for my Granny Square Cardigan. Thinking of doing the Grannies in a Row socks to match. If I do, no one will stand next to me in public lol. A huge yes to a Zoom cast on party!!!!! Congrats on 2,000 new knitting besties!! 🎉 PS...I don't have a shop name. I just sew for me and my besties.
