Story 1: The OP’s aunt is one of the most, selfish, petty, and entitled jerks ever. Seriously, what is her problem?! Also, the mother was just a complete coward, totally weak-willed

Hopefully OP from story 1 found a better living situation post high school. The aunt, if you look in the dictionary under A.H. is a picture of her. It is popular belief that said photo changes to the most miserable and pain in the A individual currently in your life.

I wouldn't have had the patience that OP had. She would NEVER have gotten my car!
For the second story, you stopped about half way. They went on trip to Vegas and she was barely noticed he was there. She dipped on him while he was showering, left him on read. She dipped on him while in museums. They were cuddling, and shortly after he states that that's he wants more of.... She rolls over, scoots away. That woman does not want him. She doesn't want him to be Miles either, she just wants the financial cushion and the things she planned with Miles to happen. He needs to get out of there asap.
@Claudia-lq3ns

I agree. This is so sad. I feel like the OP got suckered into being a financial cushion like you indicate. Seriously; who would push a man you're dating to live with you and your son in a 1 bd apt. when you clearly don't love the OP? Kenda really REALLY needs some therapy and/or grief counseling.

It's NOT teenage rebellion, 18 is adulthood, and it's YOUR car since YOU paid YOUR money to purchase it, and the title is in YOUR name...
Story 1 is nuts the fact that your mom let your aunt abuse you that way is nuts.
18yo and forced to share a car that you buy? Nope.
Story 1: my aunt came to visit for a summer once. about a week in, she tried to kick me out of my room and take the keys to my car. Mom shut her down on the spot. "you are not going to show up here and disrupt our lives--go home"...LOL...

Final story OP needs to leave her. she's clearly not over her Ex and definitely not ready to get back into the dating game. She also needs serious therapy if miles's parents were trying to move on but she herself isn't.
For story 2: I feel bad for the guy, that’s really sad that she just talks and talks about some dead ex. I mean like what the hell. You gotta move on Kendra, OP is living in hell and you clearly don’t care. OP, you need to either have a talk with her about Miles or Break up with her. She doesn’t want to see you as you, she wants you to be miles. You need to sit her down about this.

Obviously the relationship is going nowhere. But I don't think Kendra is the bad guy in this story. The love of her life died I can understand her grief. Does that excuse her behavior I don't know. But it is understandable. There is always two sides to a story.
Second story: I feel bad for OP. It's OK to miss someone important in your life who passed away, But don't go into a relationship if you know that you're not over your past one. She was also completely neglecting OP's needs and making him feel unloved, Which is not okay. I think that he needs to talk to her and tell her that he doesn't feel like this is working out and that she needs to have some time to figure out everything out in her life before she gets into a new relationship.
@thrash208
Жыл бұрын
I feel bad for both. Sometimes you think you're ready to "move on" but you just aren't. She wasn't ready to start dating again but she probably thought she was ready she probably also had friends encouraging her to "get back out there" and "don't dwell on it". She probably thought a relationship would help her heal and she probably did love the OP but he just wasn't Miles. I also feel back for the OP he didn't ask to be somebody's healing relationship he just wanted a normal one. Sad for both

In the first story, you proved to be much more an adult than your mother. There is no way your mother should have allowed that type of behavior in her house.
That first story is just insane. he should of called the cops the second time she stole your car or something. its YOUR car so she cant do shit about it. honestly this woman needs to be locked up and supervised 24/7 in some remote location on a island or something... because she is just insane... Yeah, the aunt in the first story is your typical “fuck about, find out” story of karma at its finest.
Story 1 I would have reported my car stolen as well.
FIrst Story: There are multiple Trackingsystems out there, which also can cut power to the fuil pump. No Gas, no stealing :D
Props to the guy in first story. I worked roofing for 16 years. I set 3 alarms to get up in the morning. The first was my snooze. Second was “wake up” Third was “if you don’t leave NOW, you’re gonna be late.”
"Got her arrested for GTA" 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 got me rolling on the floor 😂😂😂😂😂😂
On behalf of all the students Auntie won't be "educating", THANKS!!!
That mother's nonconfrontational attitude is child abuse.
Both the aunt and the mom are jerks. The aunt, I don't need to explain since the story says it all. And the mom, well, she did absolutely nothing to prevent the stealing and things got escalated. Had she stopped the aunt from stealing OP's car, the family relationship could be saved.
In the last story, the reason the "Kendra" likely asked about IFV was so that she could have them swap in "Miles's" frozen contribution but couldn't afford it on her own. Likely the whole reason for a "relationship" to trick the partner into paying for it and thinking the child is his.

Fun fact a car can't start without spark plugs so if I was in the first story I would just remove the spark plugs and install them when I need Edit: you can force a door shut by shoving a door stop underneath the closed door

Non-confrontational is a good excuse for being an absolute coward. Shame on that mother for allowing her sister to step all over her child. Way to end up alone in a home
The last story I can identify with because that's exactly what happened with me and my ex-fiance. The only difference being that her ex wasn't dead, just a junkie that used to beat the snot out of her and their kids.

3:00 if that was my aunt, I would make the alarm clock louder just to spite her! Lol
Story 2: GTFO of that relationship. She's using you.
The entitled aunt is probably the type of person to cancel a Christmas party
Story 1: I noticed that nobody has mentioned (or at least I didn't read anything on it), that there's a great side effect on the aunt's change of career, there's one less shitty person around kids as a teacher.
The fact the mom just shrugged when hearing the news is just priceless 😂
For the car story, it doesn't sound like the dad was OP's only deadbeat parent. Who lets their kid get victimized and bullied by anyone like that and just strolls along like that's how things should be?
Thank god she isn’t in a classroom!
Final story, I bet she would want to name the child, “Miles” too if the IVF happened.
Last story: RUN!!!!!!!
As much as we might hate the aunt in the first story the mom is equally bad if not worse. I mean the car wasn't herd and she allowed and probably forced op to share it when op earned all the money for it themselves. And when the mom saw the problems basically said work it out yourself. In truth had she had known about the aunt earlier she probably would have tried to force op to stop or not press charges.
Entitled aunt likes to be confrontational? Obviously never been punched full on in the face.
last story: It seems to me she was healing and thought she was ready to move on, but then made the mistake of opening wounds by watching that trial. If he really cares about her he should have a serious conversation about grief counseling. And point out how unfair to her son it also is to dwell on someone he also probably misses.

Who cares ? She’s the issue and in the wrong she’s the bad one f her
Run as far, far away as possible. You don't need that crazy lady
Man, i feel bad for the first one!!! Not only her aunt was a horrible person, it sounds like her mom was too!!! There's no way I'd let my own sister treat my daughter in a disgusting way like that!!!!! I'm sorry you had to go through that!!!!
story 1: it's weird the aunt didn't get the prison time... since i don't think a plea deal would get off all the 30+ years in prison you can get for those charges
She used your vehicle without your permission it was your property that could have sent had to jail in the first place
LOL she need to go to jail
I'll admit that the mother in the first story was a coward with no spine to put the aunt in her place, but I found it funny that she went from "oh shit she's in jail" to "meh, she had it coming" in just a matter of moments.
@echero2449
Ай бұрын
Well when you leave it for others to settle the issue on their own, you kind of can’t complain when things start escalating. Moreover to the point your sister gets a criminal record for taking without asking your child’s vehicle.
The only solution to protect your car from being taken by a copied car key, would be a safe lock switch somewhere that ONLY the owner of the vehicle know where it is. My dad had one made for both cars, only my dad and I know where it is.
First Story - I feel like the only reason OP's mother allowing all of that abuse to happen was due to how she was probably raised. She was probably forced to give in to her sister's demands, leaving her spineless or she just gave up trying to fight the entitlement and stupidity. It's no excuse, but a most likely scenario.
it took me a while, but I managed to install a fucking fingerprint scanner to start and unlock the car. I don't even need the keys
I was soooo happy to see this video on my notifications

grand theft auto is such an unintentionally cool name for a crime
That aunt was playing the wrong gta💀💀💀
Story 1.. OP should send her an alarm clock each xmas
The aunt is not on the insurance, so it should be obvious that only people on the insurance should be driving it.
OP in the first story was a gangster recruiting the dad of a friend who happened to be a police officer
Bro got his aunt arrested for grand theft auto She might throw a tantrum to give her a chance for red dead redemption
Guy in the second story needs guidance. The first red flag was when she asked you to move in after a few months of dating.
I’m that last story, they girl had no reason to be with another person if she behaves like a widow. I know I wouldn’t be able to move on if my husband died, so I decided long ago that if he ever did that I wouldn’t be looking for anyone else. It’s not fair to OP, and it’s clear that she just wants to have a person to give her money and a nice place to live and take care of her kid for her, not an actual husband. She wants a slave.
What good thing can a teacher like aunt in the first post teach children, if she acts like a rotten child herself? I kind of understand if something like this alarm war happened in a college or between teenagers, but holy crap, a teacher and her niеce!
The mother in the first story is just as bad as the aunt.
That 1st story would result in me taking out that old bat.
Miles parents are still not over the fact the police considered her the primary suspect in their son's death. That' why they don't want her to visit. Dump her and change your name.
Final story: I think that she might need therapy because of what’s basically an addiction to her ex
I love that the mother of OP in the first story didnt even notice her sister was gone for a whole week and when she did realise and found out what happened she just didn't care 😂 Shame she wasn't there to help her child out when they needed her but i still get it, she had a lot going on herself and being a workaholic wasnt going to help that, she absolutely should have done something about it and stood up to the aunt despite it though
the aunt who tortures and laughs at children can no longer teach...what a shame....
Leaving for school at 6:45😮 that’s a distance living from school
For story 1 I would install a kill switch. Basically you cut the ignition wire and wire in a little switch that you can hide under the dash, seat, glove compartment etc. Just to piss her off. But I think getting her arrested was definitely what she deserved.
Story 1: the aunt was being a total bully knowing that her sister would do nothing about it and had that confirmed when the mom said she wanted no part in it, the op did a good job handling the situation and that friends dad who was a cop was a good person to turn to and probably the most reasonable adult in the situation
That second story: cut your losses man. That’s the risk you take when you try to move a relationship too quickly. She genuinely doesn’t care about you.
He needs to just tell her "I love you. And I want for us to work. but I think you still need time to grieve for Miles. He was clearly very important to you, and I understand that. I empathize with you with what you're dealing with. but I feel like you still need time to mourn your loss before you're ready to pursue another relationship. I truly do hope you find someone who you can love as much as you loved miles."
@chrismc410

In her defense, I know exactly how she feels. It's been going on five years since the love of my life passed and in some ways I'll never get over it. Her sister and I were the last to be with her when she passed. I can't look at her urn without crying the times I've visited her family. That is not easy to get over or live with. That said what she is doing is wrong.
Ngl, i would have said no to the aunt using the car, if they say "you live in my house, my rules." Id retort with "the car is under my name therefore under my authority, not yours and before you tell me If i dont like it move out well guess what, I already dont like it here so I'm already getting ready to move."
1st story: Ops mother is negligent and let her sister bully OP. The mother didn't even care that her sister stole her kids car and got arrested!!!! Seriously?!?! That mother is part of the problem.
Ah yes... before gps... there was lojack
Story 1: Good thing you got her arrested, imagine if she did this sort of thing to kids she WASN'T related too. She'd be sued and in jail for assault and theft by the parents and the school would be sued to fire letting her teach.
I love how the thumbnail makes it seem like you were the person who took the car.
2nd story - "Run, Run, run like Hell". Pink Floyd
*tries to laugh hysterically and smile broaly at the same time*
Great story, as always
Story 2 That is a good reason why you don't live together until marriage. It's not just a belief, it is backed up by research showing that living together without marriage lowers the chance of that relationship lasting, even if the couple does marry later.
In the last story, the woman is a typical woman who just wants a man to take care of her kid and is just obsessed with her ex and you're just a bank account for her!
Story 2, Continue on as roommates, invite your friends over. Move her son into your room. Find another gf and invite her over. Once your lease is up, move into your own place.
The aunt is a smart-ass
Bro. I knew that you would get revenge on her but even knowing that fact, reading the first part had me shaking with rage.
You're a bigger person than me. My reaction to this sort of treatment and behavior would've been a bit more extreme. I would probably be in prison 😂
Solution to the first story: put your alarm clock in the panty/underwear drawer. Maybe crumple up a pair you’re going to use that day and drape it over the clock to make it look used. The idea behind this is she wouldn’t dare rummage through that drawer
after listning to this, even i am missing miles 😂😂
Story 1:BOoy id be almost killing my aunt if she did that
I would've loved to have been there to see the second dudes mother realize what her son did, get horrified and then decided to continue being ignorant 😅😂
S1 Looks like the mother doesn't like her kid all that much but adores her entitled sister. Probably OP resembles her dad? And the sisters are like twins in looks and nature? Who allows a guest to mess, to such an extent, with her own daughter otherwise?
wow that second one with miles was like ok, proceed with caution you know, maybe not over him just yet, the OP decides halfway through the story to MENTION SHE HAS A SHRIE TO HIM?!?!?!?!? Nahhhh homie that shouldve set off alarm bells-- Nah fuck that TORNADO SIRENS-- wayyyyyy earlier
I'm glad I found this channel as I was a into am I the genuins
All her problems and issues were brought on BY HER, she deserved to be arrested for taking your car with no permission.
Yeah, the aunt in the first story is your typical “fuck about, find out” story of karma.
I love a happy ending!
That kid be thinking big brain moves 🧠
