I am woking in Construction field last 30 years, i can't supprot Gypsum plaster. എന്റെ വീട് 2018-ലെ പ്രളയത്തില്‍ മൂന്നു ദിവസം വെള്ളത്തിലായിരുന്നു. Gypsum plaster ആയിരുന്നെങ്കില്‍ രണ്ടാമതു plaster ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വന്നേനെ. ഇതു കൊണ്ടുള്ള ആകെ മെച്ചം സമയ ലാഭവും അല്‍പം സാമ്പത്തികവും മാത്രം. വീട് എന്നു പറഞ്ഞാല്‍ ഒരു തലമുറക്കുള്ളതാണ് (60 വര്‍ഷം ആയുസ്) അതില്‍ തല്‍ക്കാലിക ലാഭം നോക്കരുത്.
